Awesome product! These are a lifesaver during lockdown as I can’t get to the gym. I think I will continue to use them after we’re allowed back out though as I’m really seeing the benefits after just a week.The material is soft on the skin, but really tough and feels like it will last a long time. Good quality stitching etc.; the last set I had weren’t as nice as these ones! The three strength options are good too. I’m using the first one mostly, but I’ve got the others to work towards too. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking to exercise at home.

I have been using my resistance bands now for a few days and really pleased with them. They feel nice and soft but have an anti-slip surface on the inside so they stay put whist working out. They are a good size and clearly labelled so you don’t have to remember which is the light, medium and heavy strengths.I’m a fit & active person and a regular gym goer but having to look for other ways to stay fit due to Covid-19 restrictions. The use of resistance bands to workout is new to me, but I’ve been very impressed with how hard they make you work and can definitely tell the difference. The different strengths the bands provide is ideal so you can really push yourself or build up gradually - the heavy weight band certainly makes you work hard!These bands are a little more expensive than others on the market, but definitely worth it. I’d certainly recommend them, they are good quality, nice colours and come with a pouch to store them in. And finally, they arrived really quickly too!

The parcel came earlier than expected during lock down, which was excellent. They are packaged nicely in a draw string bag, which is really helpful for storage and also looks good aesthetically during unboxing.Both my partner and I have used the bands for various leg workouts, and both agree they are excellent quality. We have tried other resistance bands which where made of rubber, but they don't come anywhere close to these ones. My partner loves that there is texture to the inside of the bands, which she finds really useful to stop slipping during squats.Overall, this product is a fantastic buy, arriving in premium packaging and being of superior quality to competitors products really makes the bands a great purchase.

The were packaged well and arrived with a nice carry bag. The colours are attractive and they are a really sturdy set with multiple rows of stitching ready to take anything you might throw at it! I find them useful for flexibility and balance but am trying out some resistance training to tone a variety of areas. From what I have read about it, lower resistance bands provide more tone than than muscle bulk which is ideal for me (the hope being that I will replace my body fat with lean body mass). I am finding the bands incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin, and a good loop length for the exercises I have tried. Previous rubbery ones I have tried do tend to roll up and pinch the skin or trap hairs, so these have proved themselves to be a better alternative for me. Very happy with this purchase.

I tried to find most comfortable bands for outdoor activities, and decided to try this one, and I’m still finding the way to use them not only for legs...This bands really designed to help with your muscles in your hips and legs, made out of specialised fabric for a more comfortable experience than other standard band. All have elastic material inside, that won’t roll up or snap during exercises. But at the same time it not passable to train all body, I’m not able to stretch them very easily especially for any arm exercises.However they don’t feel cheap.I keep them for workouts in a park, but need to combine with rubber one to get “burn” effect.

I have been using this elastic band for a few days to substitute the TheraBand given by my physiotherapist. TheraBand are great, but it is impossible to keep them in place as they keep rolling up and moving from the desired position. Finally, my TheraBand give up and snap (not the first one) only after a few weeks. So, I decided to try the Fit fort Band and see how it performs. Must say that it works great, it stays in the position during all the exercise, and I can even change the exercise and even stand up without needing to be taking out and putting again and rolling.I have been using the medium strength and works perfectly, they are nicely finish and have 2 band of anti-slip elastic rubbers in the surface to avoid it moving, try them over clothes and directly on the skin and worked brilliantly. Initially I was thinking this was the responsible for the elasticity of the band, but they are not, they have elastic bands invaded in the tissues which are well protected and gives the elasticity uniformly in all the band.Well done product! very happy to recommend!

We have been using theseresistance bands now for a few days and are really pleased with them. They arevery good quality bands and comes with nice black pouch so can be stored at oneplace and to easily carry to the gym once things get to normal after the pandemicsituation. They also come in 3 different colours, coded for different usagetype. Which makes it easier to remember while exercising. The material is soft on theskin but very robust. They have an anti-slip rubber stitching on the insidesection which means they won't accidentally slip while using them.I would highly recommendthis product if you exercise at home no matter if you beginner or expert, theseresistance bad will definitely help you enhance your exercise level and makeyou work harder.
