Great price. Looks and feels durable. Love the color. Easy to follow instructions. Worked out of the box. Just fill up the water tank (to avoid chemicals build up, use distilled, filtered or bottle water only), plug it in, wait for few minutes so the steam can build up and voilà. Once the steamer is ready, hang your garment over the rack or door, with one hand hold the fabric, start to move the steamer in up and down motion close to the fabric, you'll see the wrinkles will disappear instantly.Although the water tank is small, I could iron out 3 blouses in 5 minutes. Yayyy.Careful, the top part is hot just as an iron. Keep it out of children reach.Hope these information helps.

Love it! Small but mighty!

You need to wait for a long time (I guess10 min) until the steam comes out. I even thought it was broken. But then It does its job as a travel-size steamer. My wife likes it.

Product itself works well so far only used once. I didn’t like that the box came beat up with no form of protection. It literally just came in the box itself and was partially open. I would honestly just go in the store the next time I decide to purchase a steamer to same me from having anxiety about rather the product would work due to packaging and delivery.Pros: The steamer was easy to use though and heated pretty well.Cons: packaging and delivery was terrible.

When it is plugged it- it gets warm, but no steam comes out. The light doesn’t stay on for more than a second. The parcel was clearly an already returned defective product evident by the way it was packaged. It finally started making a very scary sound.

I bought this steamer at another retailer and just found out it no longer works, and only a few days after the 2 year warranty expiration ): I took good care of it, made sure to dump out excess water after use, even used bottled water, and not from the tap. When it did work, I think the steam lasts longer than a lot of other portable steamers, which I liked, and I didn't have to wait long at all for it to be ready for use. It didn't seem like the clothes stayed wrinkle free for long though, but I'm thinking maybe I just had to steam it for a little longer, even if I see the wrinkles are gone. Now when I plug it in, it turns on and I can feel heat being emitted, but pulling the trigger doesn't release steam anymore sadly.

Made well works awesome. Used it for new curtains and wardrobe. Love it and the color!!!😁
