I love this product. I first got boost when I was in the hospital when I first got to east liquid foods. This has protein in it. The taste is great. I love the chocolate and I saw they had a caramel flavored so I it’s constantly has good flavor with no stomach upset. It’s digestive. The consistently smooth feel going down. I use it for breakfast when I don’t feel like eating g or fixing something for breakfast.

I like this product as an early morning starter. It’s loaded with vitamins and protein, has little fat and sugar, and has a smoother taste than the chalkier popular brands of similar products. I buy chocolate.

I order this product frequently since I have a rather low protein diet naturally. This is the only ready made protein drink I can stomach. On days when I need to grab something quickly to get that extra "boost", this works great! The taste is actually chocolate and not chalky and it fills me up. I prefer to keep it in the fridge to get a thicker consistency, but room temperature still tastes good. I definitely recommend if you need a little something extra in your diet.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Boost is my favorite high protein drink. I have one or two each day to supplement my diet. It helps keep me going due to some health issues. I've been using it for a few years now. It tastes great and I love the chocolate flavor !! I subscribe to it monthly by the case, toss a few bottles in the fridge and have one in the morning, another in the afternoon, good to go !! Whatever the doc says. It's a great value for my money. Boosts my energy level or something. lol. Unlike some others I've tried, Boost actually tastes great with no yuky aftertaste. It's a chocolate treat. Oh, and It's delivered right to my door once a month. How great is that! :)

This is not a meal in one, but my doctor recommended it for me at a time that I was not eating well. I feel like it adds nutrition to my diet, and I enjoy the taste, but I have also returned to enjoying my meals so I use it less frequently. Nevertheless, when I am running short of time I use it as a stop gap until I can get back to my normal meals. e.g. I get up too late to shower, dress and fix breakfast before a morning appointment. They I grab one and go.

I need a nutrition drink to fill in those gaps or for a quick breakfast replacement on those mornings that my medication makes me nauseous. This stuff tastes amazing (almost too good) and has none of the chalkiness that I’ve experienced from other brands. Love the protein content as it leaves me feeling satisfied, considering it’s only an 8oz drink. Will buy again
