Awesome watch. Couldn't be happier.
Tough, good looking, keeps great time and goes with anything. I have really big wrists and needed some extra links for the bracelet. Called Wenger and they sent me four extra links (2 more than I asked for) for no cost. Excellent customer support. A++ watch and A++ customer service from the manufacturer.

You won't be disappointed....
The watch met my requirements to a 'T'. Easy to read, relatively small in diameter, not too heavy, price was very good and the watch is real good looking. Out of the box it is sized for an extra large wrist. I made all the easy adjustments on the clasp but had to take it in to have a link removed. $10. The final adjustment on the security clasp in order to shorten (tighten) the fit would not allow the clasp to properly fasten so that's why I removed a link.After three weeks of ownership I am very happy with my selection.

Not what I expected and Getting worse
I purchased this watch in February. When I receive the watch there was a slight misalignment of the Benzyl. Should have sent it back right then.The watch kept perfect time for a while. About a week then I found it lost five minutes. Maybe I messed with the crown. Waited a week it happened again. Could not believe it. Finally after the third time I had enough. Darn Too late to return to Amazon. The Benzyl is moving around also. It is off one full division. The benzyl on this watch is suppose to be stationary.Wenger wants me to pay shipping both ways to fix their defective product. This is an intermittent problem. Hope thy get it right the first time.My previous Swiss Army watch is 15 years old. Still running, keeping good time and looking good. Changed batteries every 5 years. All I wanted is the day function.Less than a year later. The watch has been for repair twice. The second time they paid for the shipping. Changed the movement. Watch kept good time for about 10 months. It is loosing time again.Will likely send it back but I have put it aside and I am wearing my old 15 year old watch.Will never purchased a Wenger watch again!! Money better spent on Timex at least they keep good time.It is now June 18 and the **&^ watch has stopped again.I sent it back over a year ago and they replaced the movement. I had two instances since then where the watch lost 10 minutes. This morning it just stopped. The problem was the Swiss LOGO fell off the face and JAMMED the minute hand. I guess it goes back the third or is this the forth time to be repaired. Terrible quality.And the Bezel has moved again. :-{PS my old watch is still working fine.

"Swiss Made"...Careful!
I purchased this item almost a year ago and it died 3 weeks ago. Went to change battery, thinking that was the problem, and they told me the battery is fine, the machine is dead (second hand stuck and won't budge). Also, the band and clasp on this watch is of poor quality and doesn't lock well.Consider carefully before buying; lots of reviews about dead machine and poor band quality.

Solid Watch
Don't usually write reviews, but wanted to say, I have had this watch now for about two years and it has been a great watch. I have worn it surfing, on rough trips to Haiti, camping, etc, and it has never failed me. I have bought other watches over the last two years, and always end up going back to this one. Many of my friends opted for Swiss Army watches, and I think all of them but one have ended up with watches that don't even keep good time, and often need repair.I'd say if I had any problem with this watch, it is the size. For many out there, this is in no means a big watch, but I have kinda small wrists and also am not a fan of the recent craze of huge hunks of metal on a guy's wrist just to tell the time. I would love this watch even more if it was just a little smaller.One thing I love, and is not entirely evident in the photo, is the color of this watch. I'm not sure why, but this watch has a slightly cool grey tone to it. Not blue by any means, just not a rosy glow. Kinda reminds me of the silver finishes you can get on German cars like Mercedes or BMW. Also, the links are really comfortable, and not in any way noisy or clanky.

Searched a lot and finally settled on this watch. Great size, look, and feel, for a reasonable price. Very happy after 1 month of wearing this watch.Wish the second hand also glowed in the dark, otherwise works great.

Great watch.
I had been wanting this watch for quite some time, asked my girlfriend to buy it for me for almost a year. Well I ended up buying it for myself, and I am glad I did. The watch is worth the price.

A nice clear easy to read face.
I did have a problem at first but this was very speedily overcome by a very competent customer service team.I receive many admiring comments regarding the watch on the clear and easy to read face.Keeps perfect time and would highly recommend this to any other oldies or visually challenged .
