This is a quality product and the packaging and the actual container for the cod liver oil is customer friendly (especially since they updated the cap on the bottle). Excellent product in taste as well.

Have a Naturopath doctor friend who recommended I start taking CLO after explaining to me that Omega 3 deficiency is very common and that omega 3's are great for anti-inflammation. CLO is high in omega 3's, and fat soluble vitamins A, D, K. Unless we eat a lot of Alaskan Wild Salmon, herring, mackerel, or sardines -- we are deficient in Omega 3's. Our diets are commonly high in Omega 6's from industrial oils (canola, safflower, sunflower etc). Omega 3's support every cell in the body to function optimally. Omega 3's are protective for the brain, heart, nervous system, help balance hormones etc. One marked difference I noticed after taking CLO for a few months is that my complexion greatly improved! There's days where I use no foundation in my make-up regime. That's amazing! After sharing this with my friend, she said "can you imagine how your inner skin has improved as well?" I take a shot of this formula daily; it leaves no fishy aftertaste. Highly recommend and about to buy another bottle!

I've been taking Nordic Naturals Arctic-D Cod Liver Oil for a while now, and there's a lot to like about it. First and foremost, the lemon flavoring is a game-changer. It effectively masks the fishy taste that's often associated with cod liver oil, making it much more palatable.The health benefits of cod liver oil are well-documented, and I appreciate that this product offers a convenient way to incorporate them into my daily routine without the unpleasant aftertaste.However, there's a significant downside to this product, and that's the dropper cap. It simply doesn't work as intended. It's supposed to make dosing easy, but in reality, it's more of a hassle. It's hard to squeeze, and even when I manage to get a drop, it's often inconsistent in size.To make matters worse, the dropper cap tends to get clogged, making it even more frustrating to use. After struggling with it for a while, I gave up and resorted to removing the cap entirely and using a regular spoon to measure out my dosage.This is a great choice for those who want to enjoy the health benefits of cod liver oil without the fishy taste. However, the dropper cap's poor functionality is a significant drawback that needs attention. If that issue were resolved, it would easily be a 5-star product.

I was absolutely terrified to try this cod liver oil. I have tasted one other brand and it was rough. It gave my fish oil burps and tasted disgusting. However, I was committed to the cause for my health. After receiving it I was pleasantly surprised that it did not taste horrible. Other than the oily texture, there is really nothing to say against it. The lemon flavor covers almost all of the fishy taste and I can actually say it does not cause burps. I have even gotten to the point where I do not have to aggressively drink water to get the taste and texture out of my mouth. This is truly a really good product!

I have been using this as my source of vitamin D (which I need to build up) and I keep it refrigerated once it is open. It reminds me of the Vit D Mother gave me in the 1940's as a young child. Mother (born 1921) lost her Mother at age 6 and then her youngest sister 6 years later so she was always conscious of the nutrition she gave us and was big on natural methods when possible. ONLY gave us antibiotics when needed and many parents were giving their children sulfa tables when they got colds. Not our Mother! She firmly believed in Penicillin when used properly. Her Mother died just a year or two prior to penicillin being available and that would have saved her Mother! I am grateful for this product. An important part of my daily regimen.

J'ai découvert ce produit en Nouvelle-Zélande, et de retour en Europe, je craignais de ne pouvoir le retrouver.Je l'ai retrouvé. Exactement conforme au produit de qualité de NZ. Toutes les options, toutes les saveurs.C'est l'huile de foie de morue la plus facile à administrer que l'on puisse rêver.

Au déballage, le bouchon ainsi que son revêtement plastique se sont détachés et tout a coulé dès l'ouverture du colis sur nappe et canapé. L'odeur de poisson est abominable sur les meubles, mais le pire est qu'il faut renvoyer le produit (enfin, ce qu'il en reste) donc faire la queue à la poste. Je ne me fierais pas à ce produit ou à ce vendeur : oser envoyer un produit visiblement en mauvais état et qui n'était pas fermé hermétiquement, c'est une honte ! Je ne sais ce qui peut se passer dans la bouteille, mais c'est la porte ouverte à contamination. Je note marque et vendeur pour ne plus rien acheter chez eux, qui sait pourquoi la bouteille était déjà ouverte au départ. Cliente extrèmement mécontente, je me demande qui va payer pour le nettoyage de mon canapé ? Je préfère dans un cas pareil payer plus au magasin bio d'à côté, que risquer de tomber malade en avalant un machin dont on ne peut être certain de la parfaite hygiène.
