Arrived in double quick time but as for the condition of the item well that’s another storyThe chrome is almost non existent and the pole had scratches which were becoming rusty so after some time in our bathroom it will most certainly rust so my advise is to pay that bit extra for quality that will last.I have returned the item to the seller for a refund.

Good afternoon! My order arrived this afternoon. Unfortunately, the product is broken (didn't realise this until I had nearly finished the assembling process). I have taken pictures and would be keen to share these with you. Currently the toilet roll holder is unusable due to the broken handle. I am sure this is a one off fault! I will be sure to edit this review once this issue is addressed. Thank you in advance and I am looking forward to your comments/ a replacement for PART A.

I have bought this a product as I was fed up of chrome items tarnishing/rusting. Very easy to refill and doesn’t take up much space. It is weighted at the bottom and will not topple over in general use.

Wanted a black free standing toilet roll holder for our en-suite bathroom to replace our old silver version.This is a little shorter than our previous one,but it's easier to put the rolls on, smarter looking,neat & tidy & easier to keep clean.You can put spare rolls on if you wish.A five minute job to put together.All in all a very nice product.

Bought 3 of these, 2 chrome which were fine. When I removed the black one from the box the plastic packets were open and the metal part in the tube you screw the end lug in was missing. Looked to me like one that had been returned and sent out again! Managed to sort it using blu-tack but not impressed as would have been quite obvious it was faulty. Shame, as overall a well designed product.

There are quite a lot of freestanding toilet rolls to choose from and sometimes you don’t know how good these are until you get them home…this one turned out to be very good…easy to assemble…hold 4 on the stem and 1 on the roll and stands on the floor and doesn’t move…like I said very pleased.

I'm happy with the holder and it's as I expected. I'm just a little concerned as to how long the flexible arm that holds the toilet roll, will continue to lock in the right angled position and hold the roll......time will tell.

This is fine for a free standing toilet roll holder the top folds over to hokd the one in use and easy to use. If you dont want one attached to the wall this is good. Modern black colour. Arrived prompt. Recommend.
