Long ago a friend gave me a detangling brush specifically for coarse, thick hair. It was perfect, but after years of use, the bristles started breaking. I went on a search for another one, but found that they no longer make them. So sad! That’s when I started to extensively research my current options for the perfect brush.A little bit about me – My hair has been categorized as 2c which means that it’s slightly wavy and coarse. It’s also long – reaching what is called a “classic” length. In other words, it reaches right below the bottom of my butt cheeks. I have A LOT of it and it’s very thick. Needless to say, I have trouble finding a good brush that will even penetrate my hair, let alone do anything close to detangling it.What kept popping up during my research was the Wet Brush. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided that I’d give it a go. What did I have to lose? My options were thin on the ground. And am I ever glad I picked one up! This brush not only penetrates my hair easily, but it makes detangling a breeze with minimal pulling and tugging. I usually don’t use it on wet hair since I’ve found that, for me, it makes detangling more difficult. I wait until my hair is slightly damp or nearly dry, and then detangle.Also, some people mentioned that this brush had an odor. I never detected anything unusual from the moment I first opened the package, and I'm usually the first one to notice any strange odors. But knowing that sometimes manufacturers use slightly different materials to make their products, this could be the reason my brush was odor-free.I bought this brush in February 2014. Here we are, a bit over a year later, and the Wet Brush is still going strong after daily use. The only signs of wear or tear: 3 of the bristles have lost their balled tips. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase, and will definitely buy another one in the future.

I have fine very straight hair and it tangles ALL the time. This brush is awesome. Feels like its not doing anything and then I go back through with my fingers (product) and it goes in like a dream, then I brush the product in and both times it goes through like butter. It has ended my search for any detangling brush.Ok this may sound a bit odd..............I have a carin terrior and her hair is a tangled nightmare. I have tried and tried to brush her hair and I can only do half cuz just that one half takes lik 30 min-1 hour and it hurts her so bad, it takes her a couple of days for her to forgive me. so I don't do it very often plus she shakes after and all my work goes down the drain. Taking her to the groomer is just a waste of money. I decided to try this brush on her, well I can get a new one no prob. This went through her hair like a dream and when she shook it looks very nice still. I brushed all her hair in a minute or two and no problems what so ever and its ever getting shinny like it should be, I just tried it today. So all in all if you have a tangly long haired mess of a dog try this to brush!

Take this brush with you to the pool or the beach. You will be amazed and so satisfied at how it smooths out the tangles in your hair. Not just from the pool -- any time your hair becomes tangled is a good time to use it, upon waking in the morning, when you get caught in the rain, and after shampooing, for example. The yellow handle is so cute, even my granddaughters will be delighted to own it. The bristles were tested and are solid and will not fall out. And, too, it fits very well into your makeup case to carry with you. It is a great gift for any of your female relatives and friends.

I’ve been looking for a replacement for my old hair detangler brush (which is pretty much worn-out now). I got this one from Wet Brush on Amazon. At first, I was skeptical about the quality of the brush, but once it arrived I was very pleased. It is well made and pretty sturdy (but still light enough to be comfortable in my hand). The size of the brush is just right for a good grip. I used it for both wet and dry hair, and I am happy with the results. The bristles are soft to the touch, but firm enough to do an excellent job detangling (doesn't tug on hair). It removes knots and tangles from my kids’ hair very well and they love the bright canary yellow color of the brush handle (with yellow emoji faces all over it – pretty cute). I’ve also used it myself; I like the feel of the bristles on my scalp (it massages as I brush)…. best of all, there was no static/shock while using this brush!!! It’s weird but sometimes that happens depending on the type of detangler brush I use. Overall, it’s a great quality product! Excellent value for the price!

I have no complaints about the functionality of this product. It does have a slight scratch on the back, but that's not a deal breaker by any means. It does what I expected it to do, and tugs considerably less on wet hair than other brushes or wide toothed combs I have used in the past. We use boar's hair brushes on dry hair, but needed this for wet hair and occasional tangles. My complaint with this brush is that I did not get the pattern pictured. I specifically ordered this for my son who will be 11 very soon. He has fine, wavy, shoulder length blond hair. He's a very laid back peaceful person, so I thought that the peace signs in blues and greens would suit him well. He won't complain or make a fuss about the fact that his new hair brush has purple hearts, hot pink flowers, and the word "Love" written all over it(in addition to the aforementioned peace signs), however, this is not what I ordered not what I wanted. I will not be sending it back, but please update the photos. If I had known what this really looked like, I would have ordered one of the many other patterns that might have suited him better. I put a lot of thought into this before I ordered it, and spent several hours finding a pattern I thought he would really enjoy. If they weren't so pricey I'd probably give this to my little nieces! I still might.

Sembrava una spazzola qualsiasi... invece è fantastica sia su capelli asciutti che bagnati. Districa facilmente anche i miei capelli sottili e lunghissimi. La amo!

Love these wet brushes. Very cute pattern. They are amazing for kids tangles and just great in general.

My son has thick curly hair and this is the only brush that works for him! It doesn't hurt his head when running the brush through. At one point he wanted to cut his hair but now he wants to grow it and donate the hair to Locks of Love. It is an organziaton that makes wigs for children that lost their hair to cancer and other illnesses

Ho regalato questa spazzola a mia moglie, che ne ha chiesto una dopo aver provato quelle che abbiamo preso per le nostre figlie. Dice che rispetto alle spazzole normali scioglie meglio i nodi senza fare male. Bello il disegno sul manico della spazzola.
