Excellent tool. Quick and easy to change dies and makes a sure and professional crimp. Super easy on the bench and compact enough for in vehicle use in many areas.

As title says! I was hopeful this would work for crimping more substantial steel jacket fittings for my pressure washer hoses. Sadly, no. Those fitting ferrules are longer, about 1.30” and these dies are just less than 1.00” in working length. I think the “8T” in chart is probably 8 tons, 16,000 psi pressure? Pretty nice tool & good price here $179. There are lots at higher price, a few lower. Glitch/drawback others have mentioned, no indication of which is “top” of box, 50/50 chance of opening it wrong half the stuff falls out. But just mark it.

Didn't hold strong enough. It didn't do it's job.

Nice kit nice price but the hydraulic pump did not work complete new kit so I sent it back for refund purchased a manual one that works fine.

This product is slightly awkward to use due to weight, would probably have been better if I made a plate or secured the cylinder, but this product does work and work well. I had to make all of the A/C lines on an old car that didn’t have A/c from the factory. I used a commercial A/c machine to perform a proper vacuum test and ensure a proper charge and all of my crimps where good and zero leaks (thankfully). This product does crimp standard lines and reduced barrier lines so that is a plus.

The best price available! Used it to install vintage air conditioning on a 1971 Monte Carlo. Worked perfectly!

Wrong instructions sent with my crimper. Had to look it up on the internet. Aside from that, this crimper works as it should. Would have given a 5-star had the right instructions been enclosed. Remember to unscrew the crimper die housing before inserting connector to be crimped. For #8 and #10 reduced barrier, I had to back mine out quite a bit. Again, this is likely in the instructions, but... Anyway, this is a good tool and it does what it is supposed to do. Used it to install Vintage Air system.
