Non Mint
I've used dried herbs before to steam my vegetable and this does not meet my expectation. I opened the bag and could smell the herbs as I did with another brand. I steamed and couldn't taste the essence of the herb in my vegetables. Maybe I should have purchased the spearmint instead of the mint because I'm totally not satisfied with this batch of dried mint.

Flavorful
This filled the bill for me. I use the leaves in a number of recipes and bought these because I've about used up all my fresh mint in the garden. Unable to find dried mint leaves in the local area the only alternative was to find and order on line. Conveniently they are available in several size containers.

It looks like they minced these mints with the full stems attached, and once dried, these things become like shrapnel. I would not recommend this to anyone.
