ZOYANail Polish, Amal Mattevelvet, 0.5 fl. oz.

This really is matte and velvet. It doesn't wear quite as long as other equally expensive brands (OPI, Sally Hanson, etc.) and will chip a day or two before those brands would, but the finish is unique and tactile. Great sophisticated colour and sophisticated matte finish. I like it (I'm middle aged) and my teenaged friends (17 and 18) like it too.

I was looking for a polish that would give me a matte look without having the hassle of using multiple polishes to get it, when I came across this gem. Merely a few days after placing my order I had received my package. I was surprised to find that the polish size itself was a lot smaller then the picture, but it still gave me plenty to work with. As for the color itself, it's about a shade or two lighter but the color still looks gorgeous. You will need to do a couple coats as you will be able to see the different layers as you apply it - this stuff frys quick! I would also recommend like the other reviewers listed here to put on a base coat since the polish will stain. Looking into purchasing other colors!

Fabulous color and coverage. I recommend this gorgeous matte purple-burgundy. It's got the tiniest bitty sparkles in it but doesn't overdo it on the sparkle-age. The matte finish tones the sparkles down and is absolutely stunning. The photo is with 2 coats of polish. Seems durable, and I don't use a base coat or top coat. After one full day of "momming" and a CrossFit workout this morning, the paint has not chipped, it's only smoothed itself out around the edges, which is perfectly fine.

This review is for zoya iris matte velvet. I purchased it for $10 and while it's a pretty color, I'm far from impressed. It doesn't apply well, at all. It feels too thick...almost like it's really old 😑 I'm just not impressed for the money. There are plenty of $3 nail polishes that are way better quality than this.

This is a beautiful glittery red that then dries down and turns a disgusting, dingy matte that loses all the rich color and sparkle. Why on Earth would you put glitter in a matte? Tried to salvage it by putting a glossy top coat on and even that still dried back down to a milky, gross matte. This would have been a fine matte without the glitter.

I had first seen these nail paints at Ulta but they were so expensive. I was very happy to have found them on Amazon at such a great price. These nail paints give a very smooth and velvety finish. They are very different from the regular nail paints and I had never seen a velvety- matte finish nail polish before. I have them in every color that’s available. Another great thing about these nail paints are that they are chemical free- Formaldehyde free- a harmfulnagent that is present in almost any other nail paints.

Great nail polish color and the "matte" feel is a must have! Although, there is one thing that's not so must have. It is hard to make it matte because you can see the layers.

I like this Amal Mattevelvet nail polish by Zoya. It's the first Zoya nail polish that I have used and I am impressed.Amal Mattevelvet goes on with a definite sparkle/glitter, which I was surprised by, since it is a matte polish. But when it dries, it dries matte on top with a bit of sparkle underneath. Very pretty. The Amal color is a cheerful red and is brighter than pictured (at least as pictured on my screen).

Applies well. Good coverage with only one application. Color dries a bit darker than it looks in the bottle. Still a nice color. Dries quickly. Will buy again

マットカラーの赤なんて珍しいと購入しました。ZOYAのネイルなので勿論発色もよく、塗りやすさも抜群。一度塗りでも十分キレイです。ただ、画像ではラメ入りかが分からず、塗ってみて少ししょんぼりしました。公式画像でちゃんと見れば良かった。マットなのでラメが入っていても主張しすぎずで良い感じでした。

Best nailpolish brand ever! Dries fast, looks like gel nailpolish and lasts so long! I clean dishes everyday and the color lasted a week! A cheaper alternative for gel nails! Highly recommended!! I always add baby oil after im done applying 2 layers, makes it dry faster and prevents cuticles

Love this nail brand. But this colour of red is gross. Do not buy. Go for another colour!
