Works Fine, Great for Supplying a Range of Pressures
1/4" NPT inlet and outlet. One outlet. Tiny gauge; recommend ignoring it. Instead hook a large, accurate gauge to the outlet with a Tee so you can tell what pressure you are supplying. I bought a Dwyer digital gauge accurate to 1/2 psi so I could tell how far off my tire gauges are over a range. Wow, time to toss some of these things!

Nice
Easy adjustment and locks in at that pressure. I like that I have to pull knob out to make adjustments

A great LOW pressure regulator.
I liked this regulator because it solved my low pressure regulation for a drywall texture sprayer..I tried to get my compressor's regulator down to 15-20 lbs, but it failed miserably in delivering consistent air. THIS unit is a 0-30 and really works nicely and provides and even and consistent pressure..It has made all the difference in the quality of the textured surface. All along I though it was me and that I sucked at it. Turns out that this unit, with a little practice, made both the sprayer and me a success..(Note: I do not like texture, but once you have it, you're kinda stuck with it, so make it look good)

Great when fine adjustment is needed.
Used for airbrushing since gauges on most compressors aren’t built for fine adjustment. How fine? One pound increments are possible using this item with its 0-60 psi gauge. Learned (the hard way) that other items listed as regulator valves with pressure gauges don’t actually regulated the pressure the way a diaphragm valve will. Long term reliability is still unknown but it is compact and feels solidly built. I used teflon tape on connections with no leaks so far.

Improved my airbrushing a lot
Bought this to improve air control on my airbrushes. Sometimes I need to use very low air pressures. The regulator on my compressor was impossible to adjust below 10psi with any repeatability. I bought the 3 to 30psi version and put it downstream from the air compressor regulator. I located it so it is at hand while I'm painting. It works beautifully at ultra-low pressures with my .2mm detail airbrush. If you are getting one to use for this purpose be advised that you may have a problem finding the correct adapter. I needed to adapt the 1/4" female NPT on the regulator to the 1/8" BSP thread used by Iwata and many other airbrushes. So, I needed a 1/4" NPT male x 1/8" BSP male adapter. After searching the internet for 2 hr. I decided no one makes such an adapter. I ordered some 1/4" BSP male x 1/8" BSP male adapters. The 1/4" BSP threads are close enough you can get about 3 threads engagement into the regulator and maybe get it to seal with a lot of teflon tape. I decided to chase the threads on the adapter with a 1/4" NPT die. I was able to get full thread engagement but it still took several wraps of teflon tape to get a good seal. Installing this in my system was a PITA but well worth the effort.

Much better
Much better than the cheap regulator my airbrush compressor came with. A lot more accurate.

Works as intended
My air compressor regulator wouldn’t regulate well at the 10psi output I needed. I bought this and installed it after the other regulator and it’s working just how I wanted. I couldn’t find any other low pressure regulators on Amazon, and I’m glad this fits the bill. Hopefully it will hold up. It seems to be well made.

Works nicely for filling tires to preset pressures.
I use this downstream of my onboard air to inflate tires to a chosen pressure without having to hold an inflator trigger the whole time, or risk over-inflating when attaching a hose directly between the compressor and tire. I've put a female coupling on the output, so to set it I plug in my inflator (with gauge) and dial in the pressure I want, then remove the inflator and replace it with a T, two hoses, and two Haltec H-5265 chucks to two tires. This lets me air up two tires at a time relatively unattended and make sure they all have the same end pressure after off-roading (15->50psi), plus makes it easy to bring up the pressure further in the rear two tires when needed for heavy towing (50->80psi).I've only used it a handful of times at this point, but it's holding up well so far, including being put loose in a bag with other air-up parts and not handled particularly carefully. Since I'm using a simple onboard air system I don't have an air filter and dryer upstream of this regulator, so I don't know how long it will last before the lack of filtering causes any problems, but no issues yet.

Good regulator but…
This regulator works reasonably well for the price and pressure settings are accurately repeatable. Unfortunately the little gauge was defective on the set I received. I had another gauge on hand so just replaced the gauge with what I had.

Works as it should.
Not too much to write about. It's a regulator and it regulates pressure like it is meant to. It is a low pressure regulator and I purchased it to make a pressurized brake bleeding set-up. It works beautifully and one person can now bleed brakes in about 5 minutes or so. Paid for itself on the first brake job.

Not As Advertised
This came with a 0-160 PSI gauge as opposed to the advertised 0-60 PSI gauge. Avoid buying this product if you need precise measurements.

Accurate
It is working well. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the pressure gage readings are a bit small and a bit hard to read. But not a deal-breaker.
