Creatine Monohydrate Pills,1000 mg Per Tablet - Keto Friendly, 240 Tablets/Servings - Made in the USA - Gluten Free

I love this stuff. Before trying it I read reviews and articles about the benefits of creatine, and I was skeptical. But I decided to try it, and I am so glad I did. When I take this before workouts, there is a noticeable energy boost. I am able to lift more weight and do more reps while taking this. I have been taking it over a year now, and in that time there has been a noticeable increase in my muscle mass and definition. And not just noticeable to me. Other people have noticed it too. That said, it's not a huge increase. I didn't suddenly become the Hulk, but I can see a change that I did not see before, even though I was working out regularly before taking this supplement. The pills are a bit on the large side, and a regular dose is 4 tablets, but I haven't had any issues swallowing them, as long as I take them with plenty of water. There is little or no taste to these, and I definitely prefer creatine in tablet form. The price is good for 240 tablets, which will last you about 2 months if you take 4 a day. If you're on the fence, try these. They really do work, and as long as you are working out consistently while taking them, I think you will see a difference.

I prefer tablets to powder. This is a good choice

Really helped me after using it for a short time. I quit because of hair loss. However, I cannot blame the product for that, since they said there was no scientific proof for it. And I still have an issue with hair loss after a year of not using it.

Seemed to increase my energy enough to last me for months

These are great if you're working out and trying to add muscle. I hit a plateau at the gym, was having less energy and not gaining muscle like I was in the beginning. My coach recommended creatine, so this is the first brand I tried. I had the opportunity to purchase my bottle at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review, so that was great. There are a lot of capsules in these, which is wonderful since my coach said to take 4 a day for the best outcome. After around 2 weeks I definitely had a difference in energy and did finally break through my plateau. It is commonly found in the diet in red meat and seafood. Creatine can also be made in the laboratory. Creatine is most commonly used for improving exercise performance and increasing muscle mass in athletes and older adults. There is some science supporting the use of creatine in improving the athletic performance of young, healthy people during brief high-intensity activity such as sprinting. Because of this, creatine is often used as a dietary supplement to improve muscle strength and athletic performance. In the U.S., a majority of sports nutritionsupplements, which total $2.7 billion in annual sales, contain creatine. Creatine is allowed by the International Olympic Committee, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and professional sports. However, the NCAA no longer allows colleges and universities to supply creatine to their students with school funds. Students are permitted to buy creatine on their own and the NCAA has no plans to ban creatine unless medical evidence indicates that it is harmful. With current testing methods, detection of supplemental creatine use would not be possible. In addition to improving athletic performance, creatine is also taken by mouth for creatine deficiency syndromes that affect the brain, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure (CHF), depression, diabetes, fibromyalgia, Huntington's disease, disease that cause inflammation in the muscles (idiopathic inflammatory myopathies), Parkinson's disease, diseases of the muscles and nerves, multiple sclerosis, muscle atrophy, muscle cramps, breathing problems in infants while sleeping, head trauma, Rett syndrome, an eye disease called gyrate atrophy, inherited disorders that affect the senses and movement, schizophrenia, muscle breakdown in the spine, and recovery from surgery. It is also taken by mouth to slow the worsening of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease), osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, McArdle's disease, and for various muscular dystrophies. People apply creatine to the skin for aging skin. How does it work? Creatine is involved in making the energy muscles need to work. Vegetarians and other people who have lower total creatine levels when they start taking creatine supplements seem to get more benefit than people who start with a higher level of creatine. Skeletal muscle will only hold a certain amount of creatine; adding more won't raise levels any more. This "saturation point" is usually reached within the first few days of taking a "loading dose."

Definitely noticed a higher volume of feeling from the gut during the: “loading phase” printed on the labeling, but I wouldn’t call it discomfort… more just a possible distraction… that feeling went away after dropping down to a single serving taken at night. Significant difference noticed, I think I gained water weight during the loading phase, and it sorta transitioned to muscle mass over time. Seem to have done more for shear increase in volume of exercise, but not necessarily speed increases? Hard to know for sure as I’ve started other supplements since beginning this one. Might start to smell a little fruity if the bottle is left out and sunlight from a window hits it long enough to warm up… I looked it up and it’s because the creatine breaks down into creatinine which gives off that smell.

Good trusted brand 🙏. I’ve been buying it for years

I think the product works but the pills are so big I feel like it’s a choking hazard

Tablets are big but easy to swallow. Started noticing a positive effect from day 5, more energy.

Good cost effective product.

I tried myprotein ones and they're massive, these are still quite big but compared to others they're the best and at a good price, although they've gone up a bit recently.

When I received the creatine I decided to take 3 tablets in one go on the first day (far fewer than suggested on the label). I went to bed usual time, tired...but could not get to sleep for over 4 hours. My heart rate went up and I suspected that it must be the creatine tablets as I hadn't taken anything else. The next day I just took one tablet in the morning, but my sleep was still disturbed for well over an hour. Before this I had been sleeping really well after spending weeks attending to sleep hygiene, sticking to the same bedtime etc. So, I'm reluctant to take any more of these, sadly, as sleep is very important to me and I feel a bit ragged now, to be honest. I've tried searching for scientific reports mentioning this side effect (insomnia) but can't find any, so maybe it's unusual (there are reports of it on sites like Reddit). I eat a vegan diet so maybe my body was a bit shocked to receive a big dose of creatine! It is a shame, but at least my experience shows that these are very effective creatine tablets - most people seem fine with them.

I find that tablets easiest way for me to take this be warned, there are quite large, but I don’t have an issue with them
