This knife is very sharp
I love this knife it is very sharp you can use it on me sushi sandwiches it is very good. It's easy to hand wash and you can put it in the dishwasher which is a plus.

Best Aero knife
This is the best purshase. I donot like other type of knife because I have to used the strength of my hand and it hurts. But with this Aero knife my hands freel rest I do not have to use the strength of my hands I love itThank you for creating this wonderful product Good quality

Not as good as the original knife I purchased at ed Bath ...
Not as good as the original knife I purchased at ed Bath and Beyond.This one is not as sharp and the serrate edge doesn’t give a smooth cut. I think I got caught for the price, imagining it was as good as the previous one. 😩

Okay, but not as good as I expected.
It is sharp, but I don't think that its claim that nothing will stick to is is true. Cheese does but then is sticks to everything.

A super, lightweight, ergonomically shaped knofe!
This is a great, sharp knife. Cuts and slices very thin, and things do not stick to the blade. Don't go for the TV ads which promise 2 a "free" second knife and a sharpener. This blade has tiny serrations, and the instructions that come with it say not to try to sharpen it.

My everyday knife now
I have been using the ceramic knives for a while and got tired of them nicking up no matter how much I baby them.I've had this one for a while now and still like it. I haven't cut anything out of the ordinary with it like in the commercials but it still cuts well.It's still sharp, I still cuts my fingers very easily (i'm a klutz) I find myself using this knife first usually.It's not a large knife but good for ordinary slicing and chopping.

Works very well
I love this knife! It works as well "as seen on T.V." ;) It feels a bit "flimsy" at first but that is only because it does not have the solid blade other knives have and so it just took some getting used to. But once I got the balance of it in my hand I can chop and dice quicker then ever since I do not have to stop to remove the veggies from the blade of my knife.

A great cheese knife!
Okay so I know I gave this high marks and some people might be mad because they use it on soft veg and it’s awful. But we use this as a cheese knife and it is amazing! To the point where everyone who visits and uses it wants one for cheese too.
