An great looking case and looks very well made. Time will tell how well it copes with a possible 10 trips in the next couple of months after which I will update......

Overall I like the suitcase so far, but one zipper pull vanished the very first time I checked the bag. I registered the product and filled out a claim, expecting either a free replacement or to be told I could buy a replacement pull, but it's been a month and I've gotten no response at all. I haven't found any way to contact support via the website or email. There's supposedly a chat service, but it's a bot that goes in circles. It said it would escalate my issue, but no luck. So, buy the suitcase if you like it, but don't expect any support if you have issues.

This is the perfect business travel bag. It looks new despite over a years worth of monthly flights, rolls easily, has never failed to fit in the overhead bin, and has room for one laptop in the front pocket and an extra monitor or 2nd laptop in the pocket on the underside of the lid (I often travel with my small personal laptop and a work issued 15.6 inch beast - and while I often put the larger one inside the bag, it will fit easily in the front pocket). The interior compression system is excellent too. It’s expensive, but I have not regretted buying it.

Matches my backpack. Top Quality and longevity. Any high end Travel Pro is da Best.

This was a great suitcase. Really wanted to keep it but after consulting with my airline I had concerns about it being a little oversized and didn't want to risk additional charges.

Nice suitcase but metallic sand finish is filthy after only one international flight. It's brand new and looks like it's been through a war.
