This stereo came in our 2014 RV. It still operates, buy it is extremely frustrating to use. The touch screen is almost a joke. You have to repeatedly, and forcefully, tap any of the buttons on the screen. And, after 1-2 mins, it might work. Or, it'll think you tapped the button next to it. It's just crap. The only real useful thing for us is the camera feature. I'm just waiting for it to die so we can replace it with one that's useful.

Quick review:Very nice receiver that does what it is advertised to do. Good sound, reasonable display for the 3 camera inputs (I only have the rear camera hooked up at this point), Sirius-compatible, iPod interface, etc.But the user interface was clearly designed by an engineer and not an everyday user. Plan on spending a day learning how the unit works. Once you get over the frustration of spending so much time learning what should be a straight-forward affair, enjoy!

Agree with all the negative comments. Mine came with a 2014 ACE 29.2 RV. Started working intermittently after a few days. Numerous trips to dealer. At the dealer the radio would work. Soon after it would crap out again. Numerous calls to ASA over two years. Well...two years later I got ASA electronics to ship me a free replacement. Although ASA was somewhat responsive after two years...it's still a lousy radio.Update: Been using the replacement radio for about a year now. The new radio has worked flawlessly. I'm happy...and surprised. I upgraded the rating to three stars.Update: 12 Feb 2018. The replacement radio died. Occasionally it will play but then I cant turn it off or change the channel or adjust volume or see the screen. Ugh. Going down to one star.

This Jensen system came with our Class C motorhome. Brochures were provided saying the system was "SIRIUS satellite ready," as it says in the product description. After spending hours trying to get satellite radio to work, we found out that we must add and install a tuner and an antenna, which will cost $50, plus labor for the installation. Jensen leads customers to believe that all you have to do is "Activate your SIRIUS subscription" which is absolutely untrue.
