I received this item quickly. It had a manufactured piece that was damaged. Instead of going through Amazon, I was directed to go through Healthline. They sent me a completely new folding commode that I received within 2 days. Amazing customer service..that understands that..if you are buying these products, it is because of a health need.The folding commode is very sturdy, and mostly 1 piece, with the frame being together. I adjusted all the legs before setting up. Easy set up where everything snaps into place..like the leg portions (click into holes). The back frame is the same way. Sturdy, but light. Even the big box was light enough to pick up and move. My husband will be able to leave the confines of our home because of this folding commode. It is higher than the standard toilets, and is easy to sit down and get up from with the arms. Great value for the price. We have other bedside commodes that are not portable, and they cost just as much.

Easy to assemnle

This is my fifth purchase of this product over the years. I have purchased this item for my senior relatives and for those who have had a surgery that limits their mobility. I don’t have to search or compare similar products. I just go to my previous orders, select this one, and have it delivered to the person who needs it. The height can be adjusted for my short and tall relatives. This is a good product that lasts.

This worked well. We placed over the toilet after my Mom's hip surgery. She still uses it... it works well for her to have arms on the side of the chair to push up. (we had tried arms behind the toilet but they were too tall for her toilet) and most of the affordable risers did not fit her current toilet style...so we found this. My only complaint is the toilet seat on this chair is flimsy... it is not a firm seat and does not feel super strong and isn't the most comfortable. It hasn't broken and she hasn't fell in, and she feels happy with it, but has said the seat is ok... it's just not a solid feeling seat. The bucket with no bottom is wonderful, because we can adjust the seat to be raised for her hip, but not worry about urine on the floor as the bucket fits down to the toilet so no splatter.

I needed a raised toilet seat for a visiting elderly relative. This was one of the few that I found that has a splash guard, and is also narrow enough to fit in my limited space. It is very sturdy and was easy to assemble.

This commode is very easy to set up and use.. There are only a few parts that are mostly drop ins. It is a pleasant gray which blend s in with most rooms.It doesn't have to be just for incontinence, it's great for those who get up at nightf and have to wander to ge to the BR. I insert 4 gallon black plastic bags so clean up is so easy. I just take bag to toilet, empty, and thow bag away. Do not flush bag down toilet.I got the fold up one if you dont want to see it. I just put a throw over it, and looks like chair. Child can use it, too.
