Expensive but worth it. Never wears out.

If you're looking for a trendy, stylish decorator item to blend in with your Danish chintz pottery collection, this ain't it. This mat is designed to be stood upon for long periods of time with very little foot/knee fatigue. It's absolutely superb for stomping on, dragging your boots across, and otherwise scraping the crud (or worse) from the edges of your shoes or boots. At 15 F degrees today, it's still soft and pliable. Why??? It's made from the sidewalls of tires, which must flex in any type of weather. Many companies can boast about "re-purposing" stuff, but these folks have been doing it for 80 years. Durable Corporation has been a community fixture here in northern Ohio for many decades, turning "scrap" tires into practical, useful, and long-lasting products. (No, I never worked there, or knew anyone who does/did.). What a refreshing thought - - - a superior product, made here in the USA, with locally-available recycled materials. Can't get much better than that!

Durability and ease of cleaning

Super strong/tough. Even though fairly expensive, I’d say the quality and durability is well worth the cost.

I think this is a quality mat. It ended up being more industrial looking in real life than I expected. I think it is a quality product that arrived quickly, just not the look we were going for.

These are great! Very heavy and sturdy anti-slip mats!We have a grassy area on our deck that we let our dog out on. With the winter here, the wooden floor of the deck is extremely slippery for both us and her. We just needed something to lay down there, that both stuck to our feet and the deck below, and that was weather and shovel resistant.A bit pricey, especially since we needed multiple mats to cover the walking area, but honestly worth it.

Absolutely fabulous! Great quality. Even if you don't care, your going green! The item is manufactured from old truck tires! You can't wear it out, it seldom needs any cleaning, but it's easy to do it when you want to. Eventually the galvanized steel wires may rust out but after 10 or 15 years, you'll be in search of a replacement, just like I did! This one looks to be constructed even better than the last one that I had. I use mine outside as an entrance mat, but it also can be used as an anti-fatigue comfort mat that has great traction.
