Wondered if it was all that, felt hesitant spending so much money on a blanket. But man, it's great. I'm 120lb 5'2" and it's not too heavy at all. I initially got this to try and curb my sleep tossing, which proved futile...I still somehow throw it off in the night.I could have comfortably gone even heavier. But while it doesn't stop my sleep tossing, it puts me to sleep like a baby. Having a weight on you is just so comforting.Great quality, the removeable cover is a godsend, I can't imagine washing it by hand. If for whatever reason it ends up damaged I would definitely buy another.

I was very happy with this weighted blanket. I suffer from severe anxiety and also have Asperger's syndrome. It has really helped me. Loved how it came with a cover (very soft) would recommend to anyone. Very good value for money too!!!!

I have trouble sleeping so I thought I would try this I’ve tried everything else . The weighted blanket is brilliant very warm comfortable and I had a good nights sleep . If you suffer with sleeping or anxiety like me I would highly recommend.
