Why do I have two now
I’m stupid and accidentally bought two but hey at least now I can use it for catering orders. Used these to practice for a demo I did at a restaurant interview. Chocolate slips out easily.

Awesome mold!
Great mold for mousse! Made a mango mousse with a raspberry gelee insert and a mirror glaze over it and came out perfectly!!!

Not for cocoa bombs
We bought this to try cocoa bombs but it is near impossible with this mold. What you can’t see in the pictures is that it is much more than half a sphere. When Unmolding, the form is too tight to get out the shape without cracking it. You really need a half circle, this is not it. Otherwise the mold is fine. I see no issues with it.

Perfect mousse mold
This mold is perfect for any little treat. I used it for a chocolate and hazelnut mousse and they came out perfectly round and smooth.

I wouldn’t recommend any of their mold. I ordered tap and came in a very bad shape. Poor quality
