Every one likes the coffee and all the options X9 has to offer. Easy to use and looks great on the cafe counter.

2007 bought secondhand. Advertised 100% working! I run descale mode - machine gets 1/2 way in the program and stops dead. That is major problem. There is no way round the cleaning cycles when x9 displays DESCALE NOW no option you must - and it takes 50 minutes. BIG NEGATIVE in a small coffee shop deadly.Cleaning is the hammer! Descale solution every 220 cups 50 minutes / Milk solution every day / Coffee tablets every day at $3 a piece. Outrageous! Even more outrageous is the fee just to look at machine $480 that's it BASTA. NO SUPPORT Never will they help you over the phone they are taught only to bring you in and pay $480 fee. But for that fee they will fix everything on the machine and get it running 100% So ok if majors things need repairing a flat rate. Jura also leave little things like changing the name of drink on computer display ONLY FOR SERVICE TECH again $480THIS MACHINE IS MADE TO SUCK MORE AND MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET IT IS DEFIANTLY OVER RATED AND NOT MADE FOR COMMERCIAL USE AS UNRELIABLE.You can not change strength or temp, during coffee making so is now out dated. Secondhand price at $500 and refurbished $1000 everything else is unreasonable and you are being ripped of something shocking.For private use I recommend DELONGHI taste and maintenance, cleaning out standing.

We've had this machine for a few years now and as long as you clean regularly and descale at night or when you know you don't need to use it its by far the best machine out there. All coffee drinks taste as good as, if not better than Starbucks. We absolutely love our machine! Just like anything, take care of it and it will take care of you!
