Was perfect for our trip to Iceland! Great recommendations and made our trip truly special.

A disappointment. I was surprised at how many tourist attractions weren't discussed in the book. What would have been very useful is if the included fold-out map had a pocket home on the inside cover of the jacket to to fit into. It didn't, so the map continually slid out of the book, became dog-eared and was often lost. The map was also devoid of anything or any detail short of major towns. This was a major miss for a book that was already disappointing....at least the map could have had the major tourist stops placed on the map for ease of reference. Additionally, the actual pages of the book are treated in such manner rendering them slippery and had to turn.

I am sure this was a fluke, but just as I was flipping thru the index to look up something, I found some pages in the index are missing, so that pages 290, 291, 294, 295, 298,299, 302, 303, 306, 307, 310. 311, 314, 315, 318, 319 are all blank, not even page numbers. I was all set to take my yellow highlighter to some pages and realized this problem. I love Fodor books and was really looking forward to this particular book because it was in full color. I read another review where they found other pages missing. I think the publisher needs to check the printer! Returning to Amazon and getting refund was quick and easy.

Defective book.

Impressed with Fodors in the past. . .this didn't disappoint. Love the attention to local detail alongside the coach-tour-crowd -pleaser sites.

Surprised that they sell this....Not sure if this is an isolated instance. Pages 33 to 64 are missing. Pages 65 to 96 are printed twice.going to return to Amazon
