Soft Pilates Yoga Ball, Small Exercise Ball, Mini Rubber Workout Equipment

This is a very handy piece of equipment that I use for strengthening my adductors.

It works well. Others noted it was difficult to inflate, but it was nothing out of the ordinary for me. It comes with a small straw so you can inflate it without putting your lips directly on it. I didn't want it 100% inflated because I want it to have some give when I am lying on it or squeezing it, so I didn't mind that it took a second or two to put the plug in once the straw is removed. The ones at my old gym were never 100% inflated, maybe 85%, and that is purposeful. The thing I like best is that there's no stupid logo printed on it!

The ball itself is inflatable and must be inflated after received. It's a little tricky to inflate it fully without losing air. I thought the material would be sturdier when I ordered it. I also didn't realize it would need to be inflated.

I’m really enjoying this soft Pilates yoga ball! It’s comfortable, easy to use, and adds an extra challenge to my workouts. I love using it for core exercises, stretching, balance, and Pilates movements. The soft texture makes it comfortable for different exercises, and it’s a great tool for both beginners and more advanced workouts. Definitely a nice addition to my home fitness equipment!

This ball comes with a straw to blow it up but by the time you withdraw the straw all the air is out. It came with zero instructions. I ended up just blowing it up with my mouth with the plug half way inserted so I could push it down with my tongue but so far this is the best I could get it inflated. I do not want it to be super full but I do not like the wrinkles all over it so I’d like to blow it up fully and let it relax naturally. It’s just a weird closure in my opinion. I do not have a lot of experience with this type of thing and I’m not an engineer but this straw thing is stupid because by the time you withdraw the straw all the air will come out. Glad I did not pay a lot for this as I’m going to have to try something else. I will give them that it does not have a weird smell but there might be latex in it or whatever ballon’s are made of. I’m pretty sure I have a mild latex allergy or intolerance because after blowing the thing up my tongue has that feeling like when I’ve come in contact with latex. My PT told me to just use a rolled up towel but of course I wanted the ball so I got it.
