These Havaianas with heel strap are great; no 'flip-flopping'. They stay firmly on your feet. Perfect for the beach, in and out of the water or almost anywhere really! I have a narrow, slim foot and was worried that the straps over my slim arch would be too loose but they are fine. Having said that, my standard size 4 foot only just fits on the footbed both widthways and lengthways. This is because I would say these are a true UK size 3.5, EU36.5, not 4. The sizing comparisons given on the website can be very confusing, as UK4 normally equates to EU37 and the Brazilian sizing shown is different again. Although I ordered a size UK4 , the size on the base of the sandal says 35/36 ( Brazilian size). If you are at the top end of a size 4 normally or certainly 4.5, I would recommend you buy the next size up.

I'm a uk 3 and buy the 35-36 havaiainas which are a perfect fit. These are my all time favourites! The colour is lovely and slightly pearlescent. The design is really pretty and just a bit different to the usual havs. The sole is rubbery (not foamy like cheap flip flops) with a good grip to the foot and the floor. Its also incredibly comfortable to walk on - i wear mine for hours on end on holiday. The ankle strap on these makes them so easy to walk in - they really are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. I've even started to wear them around the house instead of slippers because they're so comfy! Sadly my dog loved them too and decided to eat them... i purchased an identical pair immediately because i just cant be without them.

I actually love these. Flip flops are usually uncomfortable on my feet but these are great and aren't rubbing. Need more pairs but theyre kinda pricey so buy on offer.

Love these sandals this is my second pair of these they are so comfy.

Shoes nice but stains suggest pre worn and box came very damaged - ripped and such.

On the amazon app it is written that the size of the shoes is 39-40, but in reality it is a 37-38 size and therefore much smaller than my size. Could I exchange it?

These sandals are so comfy and good for walking. Fits true to size. I love them!

I wear an 8 1/2 narrow.and I purchased these in a narrow. I have a hard time finding shoes because they say narrow but they never are. My ankle and heal always slip out. These sandals that said they were narrow size are actually narrow. They fit. These are the third pair of sandals I've had in my 58 yrs of life that fit. They're very light have no weight to them, are flat, the sole has give so they're cushiony and they do not hurt between your toes they're comfortable. Those are the good points now the bad. It upsets me to say this because they fit but I don't think they're going to last long at all. Underneath on the bottom of the shoe It looks like parts are coming through the sole of the shoe before I've even worn them . I've only worn them for about 5 minutes in the house cuz I just received them. I don't have much faith that the straps won't come through soles in record time. I have two pairs of ipanema flip flops that are similar in material that I've had for many years and I wear them everyday because I live in Florida but they're not really a narrow Even though they were sold as a narrow but they almost fit. Actually the dog ate one last week but I'd had those flip flops for about 10 years and they were still beautiful and strong The Ipanema souls are much better quality. Ipanema makes their souls to last forever. If these surprise me and I'm hoping they do I'll come back in and give it five stars. But if they break I'll come back in and take the stars away and go back to Ipanemas. For the price that I paid for these the soul should be durable with a better quality like the ipanema's.
