Easy to use -- great coffee
I love the portability of this machine. It doesn't take up too much space on the counter -- perfect for a smaller kitchen. Additionally the coffee is delicious w/a lovely foam. Both machine and coffee are winners.

Swapped this one for its flavor.
Going through a coffee crisis lately. Tasted this at a fancy hotel recently. Bought it to replace my nespresso, because of the coffee itself. I am currently using it for a quick espresso shot in the afternoon and using something different for my morning joe. Probably would be happiest with pricey espresso maker, but don't want to spend the money nor take up so much counter space. This is fine, for now.

Espresso with the convenience of a pod coffee maker
We love it. It's easy to use and keep clean. The flavor or the Lavazza pods is very good. Would recommend!

Do not buy, this machine is not worth the money!! Customer service is terrible, repair clueless.
Do not buy, this machine is not worth the money!! Customer service is terrible and repair is clueless. My machine stopped working about 2 weeks ago and they don't know what is wrong with it and are doing nothing about it. I will not purchase this brand again. You can only use their pods and stuck after severalmonths with a machine that will only make hot water. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
