Very pleased with this system!
After having some other plant walls for a couple years that didn’t really work I stumbled upon this one.My plants for the most part are doing pretty well! The photo is 2 months in. Some died after I transplanted them but most survived.Basically all you do is wet the sphagnum moss and then you wash the soil off of the plants and surround it sphagnum moss and plant it. Works really well and watering is pretty easy too.The only thing I’d say is try to put plants together with similar watering requirements. The sphagnum moss holds water pretty well, so plants that are extremely sensitive may not do well since you can’t control the water individually.Extremely pleased with the system though!

A cool and unique new way to be the same old crazy plant lady!
Yes, I am a crazy plant lady (even though I'm only in my mid 30's) and even name all of my house plants. I find that nature makes THE best art and home decor, but eventually one runs out of space to put pots near windows without your house looking cluttered. When I saw this I thought it was a very cool idea and was anxious to try it! I planted my plants on January 1st and you can see that all of them are still alive (though perhaps not completely thriving/growing) on February 20th! Let's get into the nitty gritty. I had this for a few months before I actually set aside the time to shop for plants and put it all together because it's a bit of a tedious and messy process. It isn't hard to do, especially if you follow the instructions, but it does take a little time and patience. You really need to remove all the soil you can around the roots and rinse them well before planting in the moss. You'll need a big bucket or a very large mixing bowl to accommodate all of the wet moss once it expands! I used a collapsed cardboard soda can box to cover the holes while I stuffed the moistened moss in the frame and that worked great. I recommend cleaning all the excess moss off the holder before hanging it as best you can. Let the moss dry a little and the planter sit out with the plants in it for a while before hanging to avoid moss falling all over the floor under where you hang it as the plants and the moss settle into place.I will say that the moss concoction they provide with the kit works REALLY WELL!! The plants seem to be just fine in it even after having their roots rinsed of all the soil they came potted in! I also find that the watering is nice and even when you fill the trough at the top! I have been using the water cup that came with my iron filled up and dumped in every few days or less and that seems to work well. Much more water than that and it will spill over the top and dribble down the wall!I have my planter hanging in my master bedroom over my laundry hamper, right next to a big window. The plants like it, but in this position, it has definitely affected the growth angle and growth rate of the different plants, as you can see. If I were to do this again, I would recommend choosing a spot on a wall opposite a light source rather than at an angle to one, or you're going to get this kind of irregular reaching growth. It's fine, but isn't as nice to look at.All in all I can definitely tell you that the planter works well and is easy to hang and balance. It's a very cool idea. The plastic frame/holder is very thick and heavy duty, and when you don't over water, nothing leaks which is awesome. That being said, for the price, I really wish the frame/box looked a little more chic/modern and expensive. I don't care for the hole cutouts shaped like little clovers and the circles around them. It makes the whole thing look more juvenile and cheap. I think white is a nice contrasting color for plants, but would love to see this frame come with wood or metallic or other modern looking finishes, with just simple holes for the plants that don't look so "kiddie" if that makes sense. I keep waiting for my plants to grow large enough to cover the holes up entirely, but that seems to be taking quite a bit of time, and I'm not sure if the 3 plants furthest from the window are ever really going to get there of if any will, to be honest.Over all I am somewhat surprised that this works as well as it does! I didn't expect the plants to live this long, honestly, but they’re still alive and producing new growth. I can certainly recommend it, though for the price I really wish they had included some seedlings and ferts or something like that, and that the frame looked more upscale than it does. All that being said, it definitely functions as advertised and is a cool new way of dressing up my house with the plants that I love. Hopefully this has been helpful! If so, please take a moment to click the little button below so it can be helpful to other people too! Thanks!

Moss plants only
I got this for hanging houseplants and herbs. All of the plants must grow in just moss and only moss. It’s almost like it would only work for orchids you buy at the grocery store. It’s also extremely small for how expensive it is. The holes for the actual plants are small as well. You would have trouble putting in a 4” plant. Returns were easy

One of a Kind
This planter is one of a kind. You won’t find a planter with a similar look or a completely vertical design. It almost looks like a thick picture frame and is well made. The planter has slots for six plants. The moss is included in the package so all you will need to transform this planter into a unique piece of art is the plants. The manufacturer recommends indoor tropical plants, such as syngonium, clorophitum, anthurium, etc. We purchased 4 succulents and 2 croton plants, which had already sprouted. The succulents look absolutely perfect in the planter; the croton plants, however, point a little downward because they have a longer stem. I would recommend against anything with a stem and, retrospectively thinking, should have gotten all succulents. The top of the planter is angled so as to create a reservoir for the water, and, once poured, the water distributes evenly to the plants and moss through the five micro holes. The moss is a smart idea because it will keep moisture in and won’t fall out of the planter like dirt would. If small pieces do fall out it won’t create a mess or stain.Once you are finished planting just hang the planter on your wall using the small opening in the back. A hook or any other hanging tools are not included so grab that when you are shopping for your plants. We really enjoy this planter. The white color is classic and will look great against any background or wall of any color. It also contrasts beautifully with green plants or colorful blooms. If you don’t want to hang the planter you can just put in on a shelf as you would a picture frame. We like to put it horizontally once in a while to enjoy it on a patio table. Very satisfied so far but it’s a bit pricey for the size. Therefore, four stars.

Resurrected Lowe’s least likely to be purchased!
I bought tiny plants that weren’t looking too happy just to see if this could bring them back to life. It did!! Within one day they perked right up and started adjusting to their new diverse community living!! Once these have grown in this is going to be even prettier!

Versatile, even when not on the wall
I love this. My only problem is where I put it didn't get too much light so my plants started to wilt. The awesome thing about this is that I was able to take it down. And lay it down and still use it as a planter with multiple plants. It's easy to water while hanging and when I've had it laying down I saturate it then drain it. So worth it wish I had a better wall to hang it on that I could get to and had light. Definitely will purchase another one once I find a good place.Again, even with this down as a "pot" it rocks. Having a nice assortment of plants all in one area.

Li ho cambiate diverse volte ma ... no. Non valgono i soldi.
