This is some wheel , very strong wheel, great quality and heavy, the outer cover material is very grippe and will hold you there whatever pose you choose to try it with.Arrived quicker than you would think ,I order on a Sunday next thing I know I have an email Tuesday saying it will be delivered, now that's quick.If you follow the videos you soon find that you can do some of them, but not all, just like some of the poses in yoga, its take your time and don't force yourself, the day will come when you try that pose and it all come together.So if you have been thinking should I get this, I would say YES, makes for a good conversion piece if in the living room and then you can show off what it for.

Nice sturdy wheel with good padding and grip. I am disappointed to see that the product is now £1 cheaper just after I had purchased it. Also the white sticker on it was a pain to get off! Not sure why it needs the branded sticker when the product already has a logo on it... Use easy peel stickers if you need to put this on it.

My wheel arrived really promptly. It was larger than I imagined and very sturdy. Which is great for my height 5ft 7 and weight of medium build. There's a generous bag to store it in too.I was a bit hesitant to try the back exercises..but I have followed the beginners guide..and am surprised at how quickly after 4 days I have become used to the wheel..my favourite exercise is the back stretching one..particularly first thing as my 6.30 wake up in the morning.I tried my yoga class..yesterday after using it and noticed my back bends were much easier to attempt and visualised the supportive wheel whilst trying it.I think I can only become more confident with time and wheel practise..the good thing is I can use it at my leisure.

It arrived very promptly and very well packed so it was well protected. There was a guide with basic exercises for beginner-, intermediate- and advanced level, which is useful, and a link to utube tutorial videos. The wheel itself is a great tool, very stable and comfortably padded so rollingover it is a bliss really. Although I have only started to use it - there are many more ways to discover - I can already say it is a great tool to open up the spine.

Nice, sturdy, came within 24 hours, however could be about 1-3CM wider, as even for first basic back stretch which shows both forearms on it, mine hardly fit. Otherwise an all round nice item!

Product as expected, as nice big solid wheel to hopefully improve my backbends! Comes with a really useful user guide and its also really useful to look at the youtube clips as this gives you a lot more scope for using the wheel. Actual wheel is quite big (I am only 5ft 4) but is really good, its well padded and doesn't seem to slip on the carpet. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to open their back and increase their range of movement.

It doe's the job needed for a decent price! But not as good as the more expensive brand!

I can already see how useful this is going to be in the long term for stretching my back evenly and without over straining some areas which I did practicing without, I can't say it's comfortable to do (as any stretch at the beginning when you're not bendy) but the wheel itself is as comfortable as it can be, sturdy, looks very nice and good grip. Very happy with purchase.
