Received it on time and packaged well. Still learning how to use it. But so far I love having the ability to cut larger images.

this is a great starting unit, simple and easy to use. My unit came damaged and I opted to send it back for a replacement which was a pita but worth the wait for a good new unit. I also had issues getting it to work once I installed the software on my laptop and would you believe it not on was it great customer service but they had me go to a link and next thing you know the were figuring out the issue on my laptop through their screen amazing and got me going very happy and use the crap out of it to this day. four stars because the first unit came broken eh what are ya gonna do
