Q: Do these have a removable insole?

yes and I love these boots, I work in the oil and gas field and these boots are fantastic, my feet never get cold and they do not sweat, they stay dry, these boots are lightweight and do not make my feet tired, or sore. I have owned 2 pairs now and they last, a very long time, the oil field is brutal on boots but these do stand up to the torcher.

Q: Do the soles on these Titan boots crack in less then One year?Ive had the Magnus do that. Are they better then the Pro Magnus Boot?

I'd say it depends on how you use them but I've consistently gotten 18 months - 2 years out of each pair. That's 10,000 + steps a day, 5 days a week indoors on a concrete floor, also includes a fair amount of using them as a hammer, scuffing the toe, etc... I'm on my 5th or 6th pair and they all crack on the arch of the sole but it's usually after a lot of miles. I would definitely buy them again.

Q: I had this boot got a steel toe? And can you feel it?

It has a safety toe. Not sure that it is steel. May be a composite. Owned several pair of these and never had the leather wear through to see it. I have never felt it wearing them.
