Timer Relay 5V 12V 24V Adjustable Timer Delay Relay Module Self-Locking Trigger Delay Controller Delay On Off Switching Module (DC12V)

Looked every where for a simple circuit that a would / could turn off an alarm after a specified time as opposed to the factory set 9 mins which did my head in! A simple wiring of the pcb pretty well self explanatory but advert helps and I was finished save for wiring in a potentiometer to reduce alarm volume. Now when alarm goes off it provides power to the pcb with a 4 sec delay before the alarm turn off till it resets. Only issues, the alarm for some reason was tip -ve ring +ve which took some time to work out why things were not working and what I though was a relay switch on the alarm was a 12v powered switch. - just about to order another!
