Decent Appam Pan with Lid – But Heat Distribution Could Be Better
I have been using it since 1year and I’m really happy with the results. The pan heats up quickly making perfectly round and fluffy appams every time. The non-stick coating works well—very little oil is needed, and nothing sticks, which makes cleanup super easy. It’s also surprisingly lightweight, which is great for everyday use. The handle feels sturdy and well-made. The only downside is the heat doesn’t spread evenly. The center cooks faster than the edges, so I have to keep rotating the pan. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind. If you're looking for an affordable, easy-to-use appam pan, this one’s definitely worth trying!
