The product is fine. However
The product is fine. However, for the price this is not a good deal. I mistakenly thought this was the same size as a regular bottle, but it is very small and cost more than a 66 load container. I did not see that the ounces were not listed in the description. I only thought that it was the same size bottle I had ordered before which was the exact same product but was enough for 66 loads and it was $8.99. I will never make the mistake again of only looking at the picture. I would have had to zoom it in to notice that it was only for 24 loads. The ounces of the product should be clearly listed in the description. It wasn't even listed in the detailed description.

Messy shipping and didn't work on mold
Arrived covered in liquid. This must be common because it was in a sealed bag so nothing else in the box was wet. I guess it leaked somehow. It did not leak after I cleaned it up though so must have just been jostled a lot during shipping. My real disappointment is that it didn't get out the mold stain. I ended up throwing the mold stained item away after pre-soaking it in clorox 2 then washing with clorox 2 and detergent.

Good product to buy at store. Product had leaked all over in shipping
I love this product but will probably purchase at the grocery store next time based on shipping issue. Bottle leaked all over in the shipping bag and only recourse seemed to be the hassle of returning item for a refund. Waste of time.

Clorox 2 better packing needed
Love the product, delivery time was good but considering the cost was annoyed to see it leaked in plastic wrap & box .I see others had issue w leaking too.

Inadequate packaging
Product is good and we have been using it for a while. However the containers leaked through the cap irrespective of securing the cap with black tape. Though the packaging had "Fragile" label on it, it's apparent that the package was not handled properly. Heavy objects must have been on top of it causing the container squeeze and product leaked out.

Packaging leaks... got 1/2 A bottle. Hold onto reminants of receipt and packaging as I got an email insisting I prove their incompetance with photographic proof which added insult to injury.
