…it is being used as a bedspread and not additional layer for warmth. The quilt was washed prior to and after Christmas. No insert picture included to compare vibrancy of colors but there is no noticeable fading of colors. I use SHEETS LAUNDRY CLUB detergent and I have “sweet” water not hard. The quilt is all cotton, has a nice weight and is warm. It was used as a bedspread and layered with thermal blanket and percale sheets. I keep my house temp at 66/68 in winter and this was perfect. Even if this is being used under a top cover I buy king size spreads/quilts because we know that full/queen skews to full. First picture is after 2 washes. My dryer vent was not choked with lint from either wash. It retained its shape with no puckering and the fabric on both sides does not appear to be thin. The batting has not shifted. The second picture is on a queen bed with a regular depth-mattress. I am very happy with purchase. I own 2 other coverlet/quilts from this company and so far no complaints. I will update my review on this in 6 months as color palette can be used for at least 2 more holidays.

This quilt has beautifully saturated reds. There are squares with an almost-white background and a subtle print, and squares of cream with print containing reds with tiny roses made up of gradient hues from pink to deep wine with green leaves and hints of other colors. The ruffles dividing the squares give this quilt a sense of vivaciousness, All cotton with the size exactly as indicated in the ad makes this quilt an amazing steal for the price and quality!

I bought a king size quilt for a queen size bed. I wanted it to fit like a bedspread, because I did not want to put a dust ruffle on it. It is gorgeous. I am very very pleased with this purchase!

I bought the Red/Navy. and I loved its bright colours. I bought a King size, for my Queen size bed, hoping it would hide the box-spring, which failed to do. A week after installing it, my puppy had an accident on it and i had to wash it. I followed the washing instructions, wash on cold water & dry on low heat, but the colours lost their brightness. It's still a pretty quilt but not near as beautiful as before. Really disappointed.

We love this quilt. Looked for quite some time for something this authentic at an affordable price... The colours are just what we hoped for and match our home perfectly! I recommend this quilt 100 % .
