Maybe I got a different mattress than the other reviewers, but it is not medium firm. It is very soft and squishy. I can also feel the coils easily through the top layer. I am 5’7 and 130 pounds. I‘M pretty disappointed with this purchase.edited to add: I was contacted multiple times to change my review to 5 stars for a refund. Shady business practices.

A great value. Ordered the queen size which fit perfectly. It is truly 60 x 80. Received two days earlier than expected. I was able to remove it from the box at the front door & slide it to my bedroom by myself. In the bedroom I removed the outer plastic wrapping. I propped it up on the box springs & then "wiggled" it to the center of the springs. Heavy, but not that hard to do. Using the tool that came with it I carefully cut away the plastic. It began to expand immediately! It was expanded to the full 10" in minutes. Four hours later I made the bed. There were no odors. This matress isn't rock hard, but very firm & supportive. I think the matress top makes all the difference! The mattress is well made & looks and feels like one costing much more. I would definitely puchase it again.

After carefully removing the protective wrapper, this baby expands and comes to life like a kid after a holding your breath contest!The mattress did rise to the full 10 inches as advertised. There was no weird odor that can sometimes happen with a dehydrated mattress in a box.Note- this mattress, to me, is firm, almost no give firm. And while some people need and or want that, it was because of this I had to break up with this mattress. Don't get me wrong, this is definitely a case of "it's not you, it's me." You see, there is no blame here. I found the bed to be too firm for me and I was very uncomfortable (the me part) however, the bed is perfect, for someone else (the you part.)This mattress has a 100 night trial so I contacted customer service to see what I could do. The response was swift, kind and not what I expected. It was better. Typically to invoke a companies return policy you need fingerprints, your dog's middle name and an eye of newt. Not so here. It has been an easy process. I give customer service 5 stars!Do not hesitate to purchase this bed if you are looking for a firm mattress! Apparently I have a bit of The Princess and the Pea syndrome, so like I said before, it's a me thing. This could be the one for you!

This is an excellent mattress for an excellent price. I've been sleeping on it for a couple months, and without getting into all of my sleep issues, this mattress made a world of difference. I chose it specifically because I wanted a hybrid, love the pocket coils, and the top is just a perfect firmness for me. The details and instructions are definitely not written by a native-English speaker, but they do have the best warning phrase I've ever heard. "...may have a risk of smacking people..." So apparently this mattress is also my spirit animal, lmao! Would definitely recommend (and have, although they're currently out of stock, much to my housemate's chagrin).

Bought this for my guest bedroom. Very happy with it feels really good. My daughter has been visiting and just loves the bed. She has been sleeping really well. Very happy and would by again

I had never bought a mattress before in my life so I spent about an entire day looking at videos in regards to what to look for when buying a mattress. After looking at several mattresses with my; now significant other, he sent me the link to the Kescas Queen Mattress. After much debate and comparison I decided this was the mattress that best fit my needs. So I ordered it. Not only did the mattress arrive BEFORE it said it would but it arrived in a super practical box. I took it to the room and removed it from the box then cut the vacuum sealed bag and watched as this rolled up mattress quickly starting unrolling and coming to life. After about 3 hours of letting it stand I laid down. My back felt the support it needed as well as the comfort it needed. And my body slowly began to comfortably sink into the mattress. Now its been about 3 months and the firmness is still there along with the comfort. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mattress that is comfortable but also provides the much needed support our backs need.EDIT: June 9th, 2021 - I have now had this mattress for 6 months and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with it. The mattress has held up and it has not gotten softer nor have I started to feel any springs. It is a very well made mattress that still provides me with the support I received when I first got it. I have recommended this mattress to family members and I definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy it :)

It's stiff with no support, there is no support and it's stiff, you can feel the springs, wake up with my shoulders and back in pain.. I've started sleeping on an older mattress from my kids bc of the discomfort and pain this mattress causes. I truly feel like it didn't inflate and fill correctly.

Originally, the product did not meet our needs. We let the manufacture know about our concerns and they stood behind their satisfaction guarantee. You can buy with confidence knowing that there is a company behind this product that wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I think this mattress would work best for a bunk bed or other solid foundation. We had ours on a box spring and there was just not enough firmness.

I previously purchased a foam premium mattress from another company and found it simply doesn't provide the back support required for myself. We also found that as its just made of foam both sides dip.How happy was i when we purchased this mattress! Not sure about some of the reviews that talk about feeling each of the coils.... for me this mattress is the closest to a non box rolled mattress ive experienced.Consistently support from head to toe, soft and comfy and feels very premium.

The mattress arrived very quickly and securely packed. It was easy to open and remove from the vacuum packaging. We started sleeping on it after 3 days and have tried it for 3 weeks. Comfort is a very personal thing and for me it is a little too soft. My wife thinks it’s comfortable but I decided to use the 100 day free trial to return it as we need a mattress that we can both sleep on. Emma at Kescas customer service replied very quickly to my requests, is very helpful and has sorted everything for me. A good company to deal with.

Comes with a small plastic cutting device for the packaging - recommend using it and not scissors.Be careful when the mattress finally releases - it explodes out the packaging.Also quite heavy if lugging upstairs on own.Reasonably thick, not too smelly, and comfortable - appears good quality.

The mattress was delivered on time came in a box which once opened was easy enough to follow the instructions to let the mattress decompress, left 72 hours before sleeping on the mattress but so far so good very comfy and good quality I’d say medium firmness and my partners back hasn’t ached since using this. Slight issue which was handled by the customers services team very efficiently, with a very quick response time. All round very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend to other for the price.

Came rolled up, so easy to get up spiral staircase even though it was heavy. A bit of a faff pulling the plastic cover off by yourself. But very comfortable to sleep on & partner isn't rolling into me, which is good. Not waking up with backache or stiff anymore. Hope I haven't jinxed myself now.
