Being Nikeâ€TMs hottest new model of 2017, it was no surprise when the VaporMax joined the annual Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. The yearly collection of sneaker colorways designed by patients at the Doernbecher Childrenâ€TMs Hospital in Portland include this eye-catching VaporMax in 2017, designed by Andrew Merydith who suffers from cystic fibrosis. Inspired by his favorite BMX jersey, Andrewâ€TMs favorite sport, the VaporMax features a bright blue and green Flyknit upper with purple accents and a logo he designed of his initials on the tongue. Andrew also shows love to his family with a special message on the heel Air unit to complete the unique Doernbecher VaporMax.
