uAttend BN5500 Wi-Fi Biometric Fingerprint Time Clock

We bought this product for the purpose of exporting timesheets and importing it into Quickbooks because we used to input the time manually. The software exporting/importing capability is very outdated that you have to import your employees' time for each days that they worked. If your employees worked 10 days in every pay period, you will have to run the program 10 times which makes you prone to make mistakes. We spoke to the Uattend company support and they don't even care about improving the program. We cancelled our account and now this hardware is useless. Learn from this review -- don't buy this product or any of uAttend time clock if you are using Quickbooks Desktop for Payroll.
