Can it be used as a gasket sealer

I put it on some pipe threads and it seems effective. It doesn't harden into a rigid cement bond. I was able to pull it apart later.

Can I use this to bond Sintra together?

Not sure about sintra. Thats a type of PVC. I just tried it on a plastic gas tank that was very smooth and and it wouldn't work on that. Sintra has a matt finish from what I read so it might work. Can't hurt to get a tube and try it. Many other places where it works great.
