Can't understand the good reviews and it makes me wonder how many are genuine. My experience is completely different. I have osteoarthritis and have tried a number of insoles over the years but never paid as much as these cost. They are very thin which is useful if you haven't much room to squeeze them into but the manufacturer's claims are outrageous. I had to cut these down to get them to fit (around the toe) while the heel was too narrow. The comfort from adding these was almost none existent - they do add a little comfort but for the price I was expecting a real difference - not the case. They made no notable difference to discomfort experienced over a long walk and I find it difficult to tell whether they are in the shoe or not. I would suggest they revise the price to around 10% of what they currently charge.I moved on to a pair of Dr Martens insoles for £7.99 and they are worlds apart although I only just managed to squeeze them in. Comfy, supportive and reduce pain from prolonged walking by a huge amount.

I use These insoles in my hiking boots, I find them very comfortable to wear as I go for an afternoon walkmost days, I would definitely recommend them to anyone that does a lot of hard walking.caravanboy.

Well I've had no end of joint problems from feet & ankles up to hips & back. Now I am running with these under my orthotics (Scholl Orthoheel Sport orthotics) I seem to be holding up much better!The combination does add weight to your running shoes so perhaps not the best solution for racing.
