High compression, although that makes them difficult to put on. A dedicated left & right sock oddly enough. Quality seems good. Thicker fabric than is typical, more like a quality nylon dress sock than a thin stocking. The tighter top elastic took some getting used to.My main complaints are: (1) The calves are much tighter than the foot & ankle, opposite of where I have the worst swelling. (2) They are a bit tall for me, even at 5’8”, with the tops wanting to extend into the crease under my knee, so I needed to take care in distributing the fabric but not let it bunch up.Most importantly, they reduce my swelling.

These are a bit too long for my short legs and they go over my knees. I would like more padding under my feet and it's too binding near my ankles.

These were a little long from ankle to knee for me. I have 16" calves, and a size 10 shoe, but the large size is too long in the leg. The medium size would probably fit but I have large calves so I think they would be too tight to get on in the medium size. Very comfortable and soft on the leg.

These compression socks are sooo comfortable!! I love that there is NO toe seam in these socks! 10/10 definitely recommend! I bought the hot pink ones and they are so freaking cute! I wish I could give more than 5 stars

The foot part is too big on me, but that’s to be expected when it’s a unisex product and has broad sizes in the size guide. It has the most arch compression out of the socks I’ve tried, but it isn’t enough. The calf compression is very good though. If the socks were just a little bit smaller, I think they would compress and fit me perfectly. Since I got the smallest size though, this will have to do. But I might get some of their calf sleeves and ankle sleeves to get more specific compression where I need it, because the arm sleeves and the thigh sleeves by sparthos were absolutely perfect beyond belief. This was a bit of a miss, but their other products are so good that I’ll continue being a customer of theirs, but probably won’t get this specific product again unless they come out with better sizes. Not too bad overall though!

These are perfect! They fit great and feel good. My legs and feet don’t feel nearly as tired and achy by the end of the day like they used to and it even has helped with my lower back pain. I will certainly be buying another pair when the time comes.

Tried many compression socks, all failed. Not these!Stays up and works.
