Q: Where are these tires made?

China. I'd prefer USA, but I will say that the tire has held up great and I haul a horse trailer 6 days a week.

Q: Will these tires fit a 15x8 rim?

yes they will fit but you will have a hard time getting them aired up if you try to air them up tubeless because the rim is so wide if you use a tube it will air up with no trouble

Q: what width rim is recommended for the 205/90/15?

My rims were 5 1/2 ". My research showed 5 - 6 inches.
