I have dropped this off a drone before at 200ft, right into the water. (granted it was the phone version, but the footage was epic!) I purchased one of these for my Samsung Galaxy tab A 10.1, which I use as a chart plotter while sailing. The previous protective case I had been using was not waterproof so bow spray was getting to the screen and preventing operation while navigating...not good while sailing in shallow waters in and around the Chesapeake Bay. First, I'll say the Galaxy tab A 10.1 fits well in the case and the entire screen is visable through the clear plastic window of the case. Most importantly, once the zipper is completely closed, the Ugowear case keeps my tablet dry so that I'm always able to access my navigation apps. I no longer worry about bow spray rendering the tablet useless nor do I worry about the tablet being destroyed by water damage. The case works well and in my opinion is cheap insurance to prevent electronic damage and to help prevent running aground. Thanks, Ugowear!
