This was well worth the effort i made to install which was an easy and basic repair. The results were great i'am very happy with the outcome my machine was returned to like new working condition smooth and quiet again ! Parts quality was acceptable the only issue being the supplied belt was the wrong size not even close to the right size i reused my old belt it was the one thing still in good condition bottom line with a basic tool set and enough basic skill say like changing spark plugs on most cars kinda skill it's an easy very worth while project that took my dryer from no longer being usable to working like new again smooth and quiet i could not be more happy with the outcome

See picture for my model for a maytag electric dryer. I had a squeaky roller and figured that I should get this kit and make my dryer like new while I had it opened up. One roller had clearly worn the glue that holds the metal peice to the plastic piece off causing the squeak. The spindle was also slightly rusted. I replaced those piece as well as the other roller and the front drum glides. Fortunately I didn't have anissue with my belt because as others have said, the belt that comes with the kit is considerably bigger than the factory belt. Still way cheaper than oem and definitely cheaper than a new dryer, but it's a shame I put it back together without replacing the belt. If you don't have an appliance guy in your family to pinpoint the issue and tell you what part what you need, this kit only helps if it's not the belt that's bad.

This is a great kit for my Maytag MDE4000AYW. All the rollers and new posts for them, the pulley and glides with the rivets to install them! (You must supply your own rivet gun!) And a belt.However, the included belt is way to long! Luckily with my dryer in pieces all around me and discovering there is no way that belt will work, I had a backup!I have been known to be anal and reading reviews on here some said the belt was not included. I asked a question on here about the belt being included. I did not get an answer for a couple days and went ahead and ordered a belt separately just in case! Then I got an answer to my question simply saying "You BELT it is included!" However, the person did not tell me the included belt was too long!So back to me sitting in a pile of dryer parts with too long a belt, I opened the other separate belt I had ordered and it was the correct belt and my dryer is working perfectly now! No more squeaking noises!

Everything worked great except the belt was too large.

I love the fact that these parts were available at half the cost of getting at an appliance store. Proper fit of all parts was Great!I changed the belt first and apparently, the drag on the old rollers was the problem.
