Proper measurements for size is important
These worked great. After learning how to properly measure for most efficient pumping, and ordering these they made all the difference! So EASY!
As long as you know that you need to put this in the flange, twist so you get rid of the air and turn it, there's no way you can have problems like I read in other reviews. I tried it and I can't figure out how there were issues!! I've even bought these for friends who have had babies and got Ardo too! They love it! It's the quietest pump. If you put the insert in and twist it, it's perfect. <3

Good sizing bad seal (loses suction)
The sizing was perfect but there's almost no seal unless you mash a chunk of your boob all around the shield so you have to up the vacuum to get the same pull. It's a pain but for some reason this company chooses to make smaller shield inserts vs having the whole piece which would make more sense.

Worth your money
Still big for me but it helped me pump better. It doesn't click to lock but if you twist right, then it should stay in place.

Meh
I’m not going to give these a bad rating for this so I gave them 4 stars, because they’re still too big and there is no smaller size or other inserts that I’ve been about to find. I’m also not crazy about how they don’t feel very secure when sliding them in the current flange. I’ll continue to see if I can find an insert that works for me but as of now I won’t even be able to use the pump because of this.

Twist while pump is on
**insert and twist while the pump is on** I was having trouble like others til I decided to pump anyway, and twisted then it worked great. However, moment the pump was off it falls right back out again making it another piece to keep track of
