My six year old is now reading books to me at bedtime. We love books on kindle because lights are out, and we can still read our favorite books.

not only is this the wrong cover, but the format doesn't work right for a paper white. complete waste of money.

I feel cheated! How come I never heard of the spring chicken? Well, I mean I suppose I have, but only as in, "I'm no spring chicken." Not quite the same thing. This was cute. It wasn't the same oh, same oh. It was new and fresh and definitely different! However, I think that's a good thing. If you haven't heard of this spring chicken, give the story a try. It's a simple story with simple words so that is going to help young readers get through it. Even if they are very new to reading and might need a little help at first, they will be reading it to you soon enough.

This was a great read with my preschooler. Just wish the font was bigger. Would like to read more books similar to this.

Short and sweet. Perfect book for springtime. I love the small sentences making it easier for my 5 year old to read and stay interested.

My kid loves these short books, and I really enjoyed reading it also :) also an easy book for beginning readers to follow along to
