Booq Cobra Squeeze, Gray Laptop Backpack

The backpack build quality is amazing. I believe it will last me a long while. There are many different compartments to fit various thinks, like a laptop, papers, books, and random things.The are only two downsides:1. The internal size of the back pack is smaller than expected. If I have a laptop, a medium Tupperware and a water bottle, there’s not a lot of room left. Also the side bottle holder can only fit small water bottles and take space from the interior available space.2. There’s no front strap. When the backpack is very full, all the weight is on the shoulder strap, and after a while is uncomfortable. I wish there was a front strap to transfer some of the weight to the chest area.

This is closer to a 4.5 star rating...it's almost perfect IMHO.The ONLY drawback/improvement I would mention is the main zipper configuration. It's not so quick to open/close as a lot of my other bags. So it becomes a glaring PITA at times when I need to throw the computer in the bag and run to a meeting. The only solution I could see doing is making a zipper on the side where it will open/close in a single motion.Other than that this has everything I wanted from looks to configuration/protection. Gorgeous bag and don't regret a second of owning it for the last few months.

This is my second Booq backpack. The first one I would have given 5 stars, but this one gets four because the zippers on the side pockets have only one zipper, not two on each each end. That means you essentially have to unzip the compartment all the way to get at the pocket and then zip it all the way back. Because of the shape of the pockets the zipper path is curved and this is somewhat difficult. Making a common operation painful.On the positive side, these pack backs are extremely sturdy, well made, and aesthetically designed.

Really nicely made backpack. Holds a good amount of stuff, but I find that I struggle to fit things in the places that I would like to store them. I can't put my laptop, e-reader and notebook in the main compartment together. I have to use a zip pocket that is on the inside of the front zip panel to store my notebook. If I don't the backpack is too "stuffed" in one place and I'm worried about constant pressure on the zippers. (this was a problem for the last backpack I had from a different manufacturer)

I purchased this backpack in 2016 and have used it everyday for two years. It goes everywhere with me from formal business meetings to adventures. The quality is solid and it has held up very well. I am purchasing another today, which is a testament to how much I like the product. Certainly it is now worn and dirty (including the mud coating from evacuating the mud slides in Montecito), but no more so than a pair of Levi jeans if I were to wear them everyday for a few years. What is unique and special is the slim and sleek design. I can carry quite a bit but it stays elegant. While I can't comment on why a few others question the build quality versus price, I remain impressed with every aspect of the pack and highly recommend it. It is expensive but a good value.

Just returned this backpack today, I was pretty disappointed at this product. This is one of the most stylish backpack I ever owned and not to mention one of the most comfortable. Unfortunately, the quality of it is terrible. As you can see in the picture, the strap started to tearing after only using it for less than a month. Not only that on the first week the zipper fell out and the button on the handle also fell out. I baby this backpack and only carry a few things in it which is a MacBook Pro 15in 2017, a charger and external SSD. For $200 this backpack isn’t worth the price. Save your money and buy a different backpack.

Holds my MacBook Pro and iPad and has plenty of room for assorted office items. Like the material which is durable and looks good. Only issue: the backpack slides down when placed on the floor due to its shape, not sure how to fix, it's a little annoying. Overall, satisfied with the item.

I’ve used this bag for 6 months of daily commuting. It shows more wear than I expected of a bag in this price range. A rivet cover have come off, trim has come apart at one spot and the fabric seems cheap- looks worn and collects dirt easily. Perhaps in part to the grey color.Otherwise, a stylish, comfortable bag, with a well designed internal layout.
