Worked for me
I have trouble cleaning my ears and every time I do it I only do one at the time because it usually takes a day or two to get it right so I can hear good again. The day it was delivered I got it out and followed the instructions and did the first ear in 5mins. Was able to hear great and when to the other one. Got both done in 15 minutes . I would recommend this and if something was to happen to it I would buy another one.

Potentially dangerous
The product came with everything listed in clean and sealed packaging. It does exactly what it says, which is flush your ear out. However, this is not something I would advise doing unless instructed by a doctor.I was very excited to use this product and see what would flow out. I followed all the instructions regarding the drops etc, but close to nothing except clear water came out. Countless reviews on this and other products like it had me convinced it was just that deep in there. That everyone has this wax unless it’s been flushed and it just wasn’t soft enough yet. Some reviews said to keep trying, and it took them 2-3 full bottles, or days of flushing. After the first bottle my ears were already beginning to feel irritated followed by that water stuck in your ear feeling. I started to worry that water was trapped behind whatever wax was not flushing out, and that I’d get swimmers ear. I was unsure if I should do another bottle like some suggested, but ultimately decided to just make an appointment for immediately after work and have it professionally flushed. The next morning and all day, I still felt water in my ears and pressure. Come my appointment, the doctor looked in my ears and let me know that I had absolutely no wax for her to flush. All I had done was irritate my inner ear.According to the doctor, a serious build up of wax is something hereditary or circumstantial. Your average person does not produce enough wax to ever need their ear flushed and that even a doctor will always look inside before they themselves do this. Your ear drum does not like water, becomes irritated by it, and with enough pressure can even be punctured. My ears were filled with fluid and pressure, but not wax. I’m hoping no infection develops, and if symptoms don’t resolve in several days she instructed me to come back or potentially see an ENT. Your inner ear is really not something to play around with. If you truly feel you have a build up, even CVS minute clinic has a doctor on hand that can flush it for you. Let a professional look and decide.

Decent product
The product is decent and doesn’t get too much of the ear wax out. Even the drops that is supposed to “loosen up” the wax, doesn’t really make a difference. The value is good for the work that it does, but wish it would be a little bit better. The little metal tools that’s used to remove ear wax does not remove anything.

It works!!
This is a game changer!!! As soon as it arrived, I used it. Almost a year ago today, my ears were clogged for almost three weeks. I went to a CVS minute clinic, and the woman used a powerful tool to push water into my ear and force the wax out. She told me to buy some Debrox, which I did, and she told me to use it to keep my ears clean. I used it periodically, and about last month, my hearing started to become muffled in my left ear along with a pressure. At first I thought it was my sinuses, as the weather is changing, but after taking a decongestant and nothing really happening, I ruled that out. I saw this on Amazon because I knew it was wax. I use headphones a lot through out the week, listening to music, etc. It seems like this can trigger more wax production, so I think this is what happened to me. Anywho, the instructions suggest using another person to help, but I did this by myself. I just learned over my tub, put the device into my ear, and pressed the trigger; every few pulls, I leaned my head to the side so the water along with the wax would come out, and when I cleaned the other ear---the one that didn't even have the problem, wax was coming out as I was pulling the trigger, lol---Globs of wax came out. My hearing in my left ear came back immediately. I couldn't recommend this product enough. It avoided me from having to make an appointment and go through the whole process again. For now one, I'll just do it myself. If you use headphones, be mindful of ear wax. I also bought a camera off Amazon last year that let's you see inside your ears. Both of my ears look great inside. I can even see my ear drums. Before I did the wax removal, they were completely covered by wax. Don't hesitate. Get this product!

Not worth the money.
This set of water sprayer bottle and bulb syringe did not provide enough water power for dislodging impacted ear wax from an adult. Maybe if the drops for breaking down ear wax had been used for a long time the set would help clear the ear of the debris from the drops, but this kit not enough to help an adult looking for immediate relief from wax in ears. I threw my kit away.
