Gets better and better.
Buy far the best game out there in my opinion.Played StarCraft 1 many years ago and loved that one. Also Blizzard just keeps putting out a better game each time around. Also its flawless in operation every time I play it.Being real time based, makes it outstanding. Take your eyes off the ball or miscalculate a move and you pretty much do yourself in.Plays much different than real time 1st person shooter games. You have to command groups and manufacture the correct proportions of raw materials to manufacture the armaments and upgrades you need for a particular situation. The Legacy of the Void pretty much forces me to learn the Protoss race and their abilities.I have been a fan of the Terrans and play them almost exclusively against the other two races and the Terrans themselves.Once I get through the mission I will spend most of my time playing against the AI (race of my choice) in different levels and the large selection of maps available, including new ones from players. Even with the missions to complete on this version I still enjoy playing AI mode.I am already trying out some of the new equipment/weapon systems being offered when in the AI mode. When I get up some courage I may actually try other real life players.

Enables 1 campaign, good enough to play 1 on 1 or multiplayer
Great game, though Blizzard is revising it again and again for balance purpose (which I don't like). After installing, you will get access to the battle net immediately. However, to play campaign, you will have to enter the product code on the booklet. And the product code only enables the protoss campaign; you have to buy other campaigns.Otherwise if you want to play 1-on-1, or multi-player, or RPG, this is good enough. I have been playing this game for several months and it is a great fun.

If you're a Starcraft/Blizzard fan, you don't need this review.
Been playing Starcraft since the original and have loved all of them. This installment was a great way to finish off the story line that I have invested way too many of my hours/years in.That being said, the multiplayer experience for SC2 pales in comparison to my SC/BW days. Newer users will have an easier time picking it up and "being good" but there were too many conveniences added in to appease the masses. I'd go back to SC/BW multiplayer in a heartbeat if it were still an active community.

Gameplay is fine, story gets idiotic.
"Amon is gonna conquer teh galazxy, durrr I mean the universe!!!"Protip: the difference between the two is a factor of 200 billion and any entity(s) capable of conquering, creating, or anything-ing the entire observable universe would be powerful enough to swat aside every lifeform in the Koprulu sector like a gnat off the bow of the Hyperion.Oh, and there's this whole Void thing which is kinda like WarHammer 40K's Immaterium, except it doesn't really do a lot to advance the plot aside from providing spackling for a thin story and allowing the reuse of existing units from other races as malevolent minions of a character who seems to be evil simply for the sake of being evil..The whole things seems like a sophomore writing class exercise that got out of hand. That being said, a few of Fenix/Talandar's lines caused me to literally laugh out loud, and Alarax is a entertainingly sadistic. In terms of gameplay, it's mostly excellent. Some of the campaign-only units will have me longing for them in multiplayer (Centurions, Havocs, Annihilators) and most of the levels and objectives manage to stay interesting, despite some wild variations in difficulty, even on the same setting.Blizzard really seems to have taken to this idea of "Put the player in crappily laid out base and make them defend it against waves of scripted enemies spawning ex-nihilo from offscreen", which kind of sucks if you're a Rommel-esque hit & run maneuver warfare sort of commander, although once you finally manage to assemble a genuine Death Ball of complimentary forces in the late game, their sheer earth-scorching destructive firepower will bring a tear to the eye of even the most seasoned RTS player.

Epic Ending to an Amazing Trilogy!
I don't have a lot of time to write a lengthy in dept review so I'll keep this short & sweet. This was an amazing ending to the Starcraft 2 trilogy.I loved every second of it. Great story and voice acting. Would love to see more RTS games of this calibre. Well worth the price of admission. If you're a fan of real time strategy games or are simply looking for something different in this shooter dominated market, this is a must buy.Would very highly recommend - 10/10

Great Graphics and cool video, but the game ladder design is a useless time waster with no benefit
The game can be fun, and the graphics are great but it has some flaws.Playing online requires so much time to advance to higher ladders it is not fun. The people who designed the game for the requirement that you have to play at least a minimum of one game at least once a day is totally nuts. There's being being competitive and there's overdoing it. This is totally nuts. This game online is just a waste of time. If you really waste the time they want you to waste to have a high rank on the ladders, it's probably a pretty good guess that you have no life outside of this game. The story itself is strange. This is probably one of the last rts games left on the pc based upon the way they used to be made, making it the only show in town. If this game has a monopoly on rts because no else develops them for PC anymore, don't waste your time on it.I'm saying this for all of the Starcraft games. If you like video games, don't waste your time with this one. Buy a playstation 4 or an XBox and play that. There's lots of good games on that system.
