I would buy again. Well built!
Very well constructed and functions as expected. Way cheaper than the $80 I has to pay at the auto parts store last time.

Mine lived 3 Years & Perhaps 100 Light Operations, then DEAD !
Junk. Do NOT BUY !!!!!Ordered in 2022 for a very Easy Application ( 12 Volts, 40 Amps for under one minute, a few times a month ).Now IT IS DEAD ( does NOT Pull In / Does NOT Conduct AT ALL, after 3 years and maybe 100 Operations !!!!! ).12 VOLTS FROM BATTERY ON ONE SIDE. 12 VOLTS ACROSS THE COIL. NO "Click" !!! ZERO VOLTS OUT !!!!!

24hr burn test on bench is good!
I was worried about quality after reading reviews. This relay is equal to Trombletta 974-1215-010 12V/Cont except you will need to use M5 nuts instead of 3/16" for coil (included in package).I left it on 14.5V DC for 24 hours and coil current didn't increase nor relay heated up enough to melt plastic. It takes 0.6A vs 0.8A Trombletta - so, it runs cooler.Don't unscrew nuts already installed on relay! (I took old one apart). Relay came with set of nuts in a separate bag inside the box.Make sure you have 14.5V or less on small bolted contacts of your old relay before you purchase this 12V DC version. Some negative reviews sound weird... There are 24V and 36V versions of the same relay. So, they probably put 12V relay in 24-36V control.

Perfect replacement for a failed unit!
This Solenoid was a perfect fit and worked just fine to replace a failed one on my RV generator. I did have to replace the connector ends but that should be done anyways since they were old and oily.
