NOT what I expected!!!
Haven't gotten credit yet for sending it back (6/19/20) Didn't realize it was from CHINA!!! You have to have an adapter for it. . . It has to be plugged into a 220 to use it without the adapter. To much for me. .. Just wanted a breadmaker with NO added features.

Instructions in Chinese - work around...
The instructions and labels on this bread machine are all in Chinese. The company does not provide English instructions. To circumvent this problem without learning Cantonese, you can use your cell phone to translate into English, or virtually any other language. Download the Google Translate app. Then all you have to do is to open the app on your phone, point the camera on your phone to the Chinese text, and like magic, the words will be translated into English right on your cell phone. I couldn't believe how easy this was, and I am VERY computer illiterate. Looks like I will be baking bread soon.

Excellent customer service
I was not able to use this product in my home because my electrical system is too old.However, the company sent me a converter free of charge as well as a manual in English. So, this company gets five stars from me. They were quick to respond to my emails as well.I will be giving this bread machine to a friend who can read the Mandarin buttons easily and who has a newer home with an updated electrical system.I like the compact size of the machine as it will not take up a great deal of space in the kitchen.

The buttons & steps on machine are in Chinese not English
The actual buttons on the machine where you press to select cooking time etc are in Chinese. This was not disclosed on their Amazon page. I have no idea how it works. I can’t use it!! Misleading. Came from China and took over six weeks to arrive.
