It works great. Highly recommend. Would suggest to the company that all products should be PFOS free (it comes with a plastic spoon but unsure if it is PFOS free).

Arrived defective and with missing parts!
I appreciate EuroCuisine's products that are free of PFOA and PTFE. We have their waffle maker, which we love (no toxic smells!), so we were excited to order this crepe maker. Unfortunately, when it arrived, box was damaged (no biggie), but worse was the non-stick plate had a 1.5 inch scratch right in the middle, so potentially unsafe to cook on. Then, when I turned it over, 2 of the 4 stability pegs were missing. Amazon is replacing the item for us. Let's hope the replacement isn't damaged and doesn't have missing parts!

I have been using the Euro Cuisine Crepe maker for 6 weeks now. I choose to pay more for this eco-friendly ceramic coating appliance. I almost returned it after opening and noticing imperfections, scratches, under the coating. Upon reflection, I decided to try it first. It heated quickly and the non-stick surface works well and not affected by the imperfections. Depending of the batter used and the temperature it will cook unevenly. I decided to keep this crepe maker since I am used to it by now and it allows me to make a variety of healthy crepes, tortillas using beans and lentils. However I do not think this is good value for price paid.
