Been taking for years

This thing is so amazing. It fixed all of my acne on my back and buttocks that I had for years! My skin complexion is so much nicer and people have commented that my skin got better! My feet has been so warm everyday. My memory is better, I can think clearly. I am now back to vegan healthier diet, it kind of fixed my weird food cravings after 1.5 months taking this products. It fixed my anxiety and pms and normal imbalance also. I still have PTSD. This has not been fixed. Let’s see what happens next. I will get ultrasound soon for ovarian cysts, cervix polyp and andenomyosis…. I also have cystic breasts past 10 years. It’s been only 1&half month taking this products and it already fixed so many issues.I take this with selenium - because I heard that too much iodine can cause some people to get sick, but as long as you balance it out with selenium, it works. And seems like it’s working. I’m also taking choline, zinc, Vitamin D, and Q-co 10, on top of my daily liquid vitamin by Mary Ruth.

W O W when reviewers stated their energy went up, they weren’t kidding! I took 75 Mg - 1 1/2 tablet- a day and I was zooming all over the place feeling awesome, no jitteriness, able to sleep at night. I have Hashimotos and I’ve been lagging for YEARS. I wish I found this sooner. I had bloodwork drawn two weeks ago and my dr called me on a Friday, I didn’t answer so she called me on Saturday to ask how I was feeling because my iodine level was ridiculously high... no palpitations, no jitteriness, no side effects. She said ok, that’s good, but stop taking it until your levels come down some and then take it once a week. I’m going to give it a few more weeks and see how I feel. If I start to feel sluggish again, I’ll take it, but not every day. For anyone who says supplements are a waste of $$, let me show you my bloodwork lol

Love that it has both iodine and iodide. Seems pricey though.

After ordering a bottle I began taking a half tablet per day. They break really easily and the pills went down with no trouble. Seemed like it gave me boosted energy and a sort of all over 'feel good'.All was going well until I visited my Internist and she scheduled some lab work for me. I received a call telling me that my potassium levels were abnormally high and she was concerned with liver disease. Another appointment.... and she scheduled me to see my gastroenterologist to check out my liver.After the bottle was empty, and after the doc alerted me about the high potassium levels, I noticed on this last lab work result the potassium levels have come back to earth. So just a caution for folk. I do not know for sure if this is what set the potassium levels afire... but the timing sure works out. Will see the gastro doc tomorrow afternoon, so if I get more clarity from him, one way or another, I will try to update.

I have been taking Iodoral for many years. It has helped me a lot. It is the same as Lugol's, only in pill form. I split the tablets into quarters to help with assimilation.
